I recently used U-Haul for a local move, and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The online reservation system was user-friendly, allowing me to choose the truck size and pick-up location that best suited my needs. Upon arrival, the U-Haul staff was courteous and helpful. They thoroughly explained the rental agreement, answered all my questions, and ensured that I felt comfortable operating the truck. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary safety features. Returning the truck was just as convenient as the pick-up process. The drop-off location had ample space, and the return procedure was quick and straightforward. The standout was the delightful representative, Rosa. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Her cheerful demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction added a personal touch to the entire experience. Their professionalism, quality vehicles, and excellent customer service deserve a solid 5-star rating. I will definitely choose U-Haul for any future moving needs.

The van was filthy, inside and out. Van was parked in a filthy litter strewn field. I just wanted to shower as soon as I’d returned it. Unfriendly staff, seemed entirely apathetic.

Maintenance and fix the truck... The brakes almost killed us, thankfully my husband is a macanic and tried to fix the problem, but the truck was in unsafe driving. Someone could give killed easily due to negligence. The truck was a mess. Everything I ordered for our move was not available or not at this location. Only moving blankets inside the truck. This place only supplies the truck. Not boxes or anything to help make anyone's move smoother. We were so dumbfounded.

The gentleman working at this location was very kind and helpful to his abilities, however the company really misled us on our move. We booked this location because it was closest the the house, we pre ordered online to include a dolly. We absolutely needed a dolly because it was only myself and one other person moving and I just underwent surgery. Upon arrival there was no dolly at the location, we had traveled to 2 other UHAUL locations. (The highland location has an amazing owner who helped a lot-Ricardo, and the national city owner was just as great!- Sabrina), so we will definitely be spending the money next time to travel to those locations. Additionally, the interior was absolutely disgusting, there was grime and build up in the cup holders and on the seats. With CoVID at a rise this is very Unsat. We have used UHAUL many times since we are both active duty military, but we will never be booking at this location again.

The young lady, Rosa, was very helpful and went out of her way to get me what I needed. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. The only issue was the gas was empty but it was mentioned that they keep it empty because of the area.

1st of all my reservation which was made a week prior was not met and that day I was redirected to 3 different locations. The system was down I had to do it myself with no help. And never received my 50 dollar credit. I will never use this service again!

Parking brake release handle it needs adjustment, you need to pull down and out because it's being obstructed by the gray plastic panel.

We parked in a spot that was available since Uhual email nor return instructions specify where to parks. The exact spot we parked in was the spot directly next to the handicap spot (second spot). The only sign presented was do not block the entrance gate which was the third spot. Over a entire month later 3/16/21 I was charged for a parking citation and auto charged for a ticket I had no record of. I didn’t receive a email about the ticket or confirmation they charged my card until the day after my card was charged on 4/21/21 When I logged in the uhual account I see the citation and a bold message that stated please pay no later than 4/28/21. So why was my card charged?! And I also need proof that I couldn’t park in the second spot! (Fun fact: when you type in The address only this uhual drop off place there is even a car in the same exact place we parked and a uhual in the same spot another was in with no citation.)

The truck was not clean, or washed in the last couple of years. It did run good though. They did not have the pad I ordered and I had to scramble to find another place that had some.

I didn’t get the dolly and set of moving blankets which I paid for, but customer service refunded me so no bad marks about that. Also the person at the location I picked up the Van at was very helpful.

The biggest complaint I have is I couldn’t get a truck close to me had to drive way out of my way to get, wanted a 15 ft but there wasn’t any in 50 mile radios
