Original drop off location was closed/unavailable. Had to call customer support and drive to a new location after a day of moving. Not ideal.

Original pick up location was set for Pasadena ca and u-haul canceled my reservation last minute. Reschedule pick up In San Fernando valley and I contact pick up location and 26” truck was not in for me to pick me up. Reschedule another location in Ontario. Had to drive over 75 miles to pick up u-haul rental that was schedule weeks before. I’m not happy that I had to made necessary adjustments to make my move happen.
JOSE VIRGENEven though their posted hours are until 5:00 pm, there was no one there at 4:00 to receive the uhaul. We left it there and completed the online drop off process. We put the dolly inside the cab because we were concerned it would get stolen out of the back of the truck. I will NEVER use that location again.
Nathan ROBINSONHonestly, everything. I've rented U-Haul multiple times over the last decade and I've never needed to call support so often for help with one rental. I'm still expecting to have to contest the final bill.

Jenny OttaI had a bad experience from the beginning. The AC didn't work in the truck. I couldn't use the dolly, the wheels were jacked up, wouldn't roll straight. I filled up the tank with $16.00 and they are still charging me an extra 10.00 for gas. I used a rental further from my place in Pomona and went the exact same distance, put in 17.00 and it was perfect. That was a bigger truck the 29.00 one a day. The customer service dept transferred me yesterday when I called to complain about the AC. She transferred me, it went again into a mailbox that wasn't anyone available. I will not suggest this place. The truck was dirty, the windows you could barely see out of. Bad experience with this uhaul site...
Iris HunterTruck wasn't swept or clean. The guy that checked me out had no knowledge about the truck, couldn't get the towing indicator off.
debra cookIt was 4 p.m. and we were told there would be someone at the location when we turned in the truck. The "party supply" store was closed and when we knocked, non one answered. When we banged on the door, a man came to simply tell us they were closed and "put the key in the box"
Alyson McCarthyStore was closed for my scheduled arrival time. Called Uhal service line, the number they had on file for the store was disconnected. Had to look up the stores new number. Walked in, and the whole store smelled like weed. The ambiance of the store has nothing to do with the operation of the truck, but it wasn't the location I had in mind when being dropped off *alone* by my Lyft driver. Single female here. Store didn't feel super safe. Was glad to get my truck and leave (granted, the guy that did come out and open the store was a nice guy and there was nothing wrong with the truck, but the lateness of the store opening pushed my whole day back).

The truck was given to us absolutely filthy, piles of dirt, trash and what looked to be medical waste, and all of that was ignored by the dispatch attendant completely, as we were given the "if we don't return it clean" we will have to pay extra for them to do it. Pretty insulting and a clear Modus operandi for this Uhaul location.

Marlene StricklandTried to rent storage area from 206 w 196th st on 3/25. They were closed. I called on 3/26 with no answer. I would like to cancel my reservation since no one is there.
Daryl GenyardI had to waste 1 hour and 15 minutes even though I prepaid online and it said it would save me time. The person at the counter keep tying to pull up my receipt and it wouldn’t come up. She eventually called in the main number 1 hour and 15 minutes later severely delaying daylight hours to move. I will not be recommending u- haul anymore I used to be a loyal u- haul user on every move but the employee was not able to discount anything for the long wait. They also did not have the amount of pads available that I had prepaid for. No walk through of the truck. She did not tell me I had to return the mattress pads either. Very poor service. I would like to see what U-Haul can do for me so that I can continue the great relationship I’ve had in the past.

ALEJANDRO LOPEZThis location did not have knowledgeable employees. The uhaul.com system was not working and the employees kept calling someone else to fix it. It took over 45 minutes to get my rental truck, even with a reservation that was made a week in advance. Uhaul.com kept trying to sent me to a different location to pick up a truck that I reserved. When I went to the new location they tried to send me to another location again! I was extremely disappointed with uhaul.com

LaTanya MarshallCustomer service was great, I had a truck reserved but it was not in their system. I recommend calling your location to confirm your resservation. I was lucky a cancellation was that morning otherwise I would of been without a truck.
