Ganesh SMy problem with this rental was that I reserved the trailer in Whitestown, trailer was not there had to go to Sheridan to pick up trailer. This was very much a inconvenience, put me behind my scheduled pick up for the vehicle I was hauling and had to make other arraignment's to get vehicle

Julie OI rented the equipment but returned it within an hour of rental and was told I couldn’t get a refund. That’s very disappointing due to the fact that I couldn’t even utilize the rental due to it not fitting the vehicle I was towing. Although I should’ve checked all the measurements prior, it seems U-Haul should be refund me due to non use of equipment.
