DAVID HI arrived just after 4:30pm and thought I was too late! It was a long day and I was dreading taking the Uhaul trailer back home and returning the next day during operating hours. The owners noticed that I was trying to turn around to leave and came out to assure me that I could drop off the trailer and even helped backup the trailer since I was tired and had challenges. They were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!!

Karen LAwesome experience. The ladies working at this location were friendly and helpful. Very clean location that felt like a model home with Home Goods fragrances. I’ve never experienced such a welcoming storage facility when renting a Uhal. The truck was also in good condition and clean.

nate cThe issue was with Uhaul company. No one wanted us to return the truck to them. Everyone was "full."
George KUrgent callback requested: 646-509-4186 The inside of the trailer had spilled oil. I didn’t know this until I started loading. One of my movers slipped and fell inside the trailer and the trailer leaked oil onto my driveway and stained it.

Dan dI had got the return location changed and told that I had to get it in before 4:30 pm. So I had to adjust my schedule and I was there by 12:30 but the office was closed "for lunch", Someone needed to be available at all times of open "Working" hours for receiving returns.
Paul WI think your Uhauls need to come equipped with folding stepstools for super short people, like myself!! I have incurred the work right leg/knee strain I've ever had in my entire life while hoisting myself up each time from the steering wheel, etc!
