The drop box UPC code did not work and there was no one to help us. I was told that I could leave my key and the next day they eould process it. I got a notice 3 or 4 days later, it was never processed. I had to go there and find out there was no person on staff to process the transaction. The cashier spoke very little English and called someone and that person complained that they had so many location to pick up from that they needed to have a a few more days and it should be done soon. I asked for some type of reassurance and the person hung up on me.

I specifically chose a location with a counter experience but when I arrived found out that it was online only. The online experience for pickup was not intuitive and wasted 45 minutes of my time.

Tommy MGet more competent people working this location. Pick up went great. Dropping off was a nightmare as a new employee told me that I couldn't drop off there. Guy refused to give me his name and number. Sent me on a goose chase to another uhaul which made me go over milage which I was charged for. This location sucks and the employee need to be trained.

robert mI was told that someone would be there at the time I scheduled to pickup the vehicle. The lone employee didn’t know how to handle their U-Haul business. He actually said I should try going to a different location. This location is very sketchy, the people there don’t care about taking care of their Uhaul business. I had to call U-Haul and spend 30 minutes on the phone in order to get the vehicle.
James BI returned the truck 1 hr late and I was charged a full day. The location owner told me that it’s the system. So the question is: how can 1 hr late equate to paying for a full day of 24 hrs? This doesn’t make sense to me or to any reasonable person. I decided to keep the truck for the remaining 23 hrs since I was being charged a full day for being late 1hr. So the problem is not the location but rather the Uhaul system. I won’t be recommending Uhaul to anybody.
Ignatius TThe lock was jammed and I had to get strangers for help me spray with WD 40. It was a very stressful checkin, and customer services was not helpful.

Robert WVehicle was dirty on pick up. I asked if vehicle had been checked out properly. I had a blowout and was on the side of the road for a couple hours. I waited on the phone for roadside assistance for over 40 minuets. No one ever answered. Concerns me to think what would have happened to someone who not good with technology.
