Ricky DIt really was a great and easy experience. My only suggestion is to do some of not all of the verification before the pick up. Since my was local and I really only needed it for two hours that cut into my rental time. But everything else was fantastic.

LUIS CI contested the fuel charges they had on me at the time of returning the truck. I drove the 10' truck for 8mi, I added 2 gallons of gasoline to cover the 8mi. Couple days later, I get an email from credit collection with $66 charges for fuel, $38.25 for fuel charges and the rest if I do not pay within couple of days. Their return email address did not work. I asked to dispute the charges on their website. A day later I get an email from Uhaul asking if I put gas. I answer that I put gas, I have the receipt, and 2 gallons should cover the 8mi I drove their truck. Didn't hear back from them. I ended up paying the $38.25 fee because I was running against the clock, and the fee would go up to $66. These guys are worse than IRS. My advice, make sure that you take picture of the damn fuel level before you drive the truck, and make sure you fill up a bit more than you got the fuel level for to ensure you do not get charged an arm and a leg for half a gallon.

He allowed me to use a larger truck at the same rate. U-haul did not notify me to let me know that a vehicle was not available or anything, the app/online services needs to be updated. Thanks to the gentleman that assisted me, everything worked out due to his customer service.

BRIGHT WShould communicate more specific during the covid-19 crisis. My experience was very unpleasant and incurred additional expenses due to incompetence.
Linda NI'd already filled out my info online on Friday, submitted my driver's license photo (front and back), received my online reservation, however, when I went to pick up the truck on Saturday morning, I had to re-submit my info all over again. So that's my only complaint is having to do the "check-in" thing twice.
Cicely OMy appointment was for 2:30 so I arrived 15 minutes early but the facility was closed for lunch, with a sign on the door saying will return @2:35. They didn't have the keys for the truck, so my reservation had to be moved. I didn't get out of the store until after 3 pm.
