They had no idea I was coming. Of course it was all over the phone so they couldn't inspect trailer or help see if the lights worked which I couldn't plug in because I don't know how many vehicles still use the old 5 prong plug. The trailer number I was supposed to get wasn't there and the person I was talking to couldn't understand that there was only 1 5x8 trailer on the lot. Overall not a happy person.James P.

For starters I had to manukau move a trailer out of the way. I had to get them after I moved the trailer to move a truck out of the way. No one would help back me up to the trailer. To help the next person someone at this place should be able to make sure the right size ball is being used. Make sure to help direct the person to trailer and help hook it up. I did all this on my own no help what so ever. I will try to never use this location again. They didn't even ask if I needed help. This place was bull crap!Bruce S.

Workers need to check when they are brought back. I was over charged for mileage that I didn't use. I'm not working right now so the amount they took out was not right so I couldn't pay my storage fee. This put a lot of hardship on me.Tonia R.

The appointment was for 8:30 and the employee did not arrive until 9:00. They did not have all the equipment I rented and I had to go to another location to pick that up. It took over an hour just to get the paperwork done. She was having to check out customers at the gas station while trying to take care of my rental in between customers.Justin C.

The only reason we drop off here is because my dad lives nearby. There really isn't anyone onsite who can help you, they just say to drop it off and leave, there's no check and balance while there to make sure you are good to go, etc. I've dropped off at this location twice and felt uneasy about it both times. Some type of assistance or information for the convenience store attendants would be nice. Otherwise, the location is easy and convenient.Melanie D.
Staff is very unprofessional.. also, there is only one employee in the whole store to do Uhaul, operate the register, operate gas pumps and accept orders from incoming vendors. The time it takes to rent something is absurd. I am in the system and it still takes no less than 30 minutes to rent something. The guy that owns this alliance also ownes all of the Uhaul/alliance energy locations. They are all unprofessional, unclean and hard to deal with. It's a shame that this is who has taken over the uhaul locations in my area. I Cannot be more disappointed.greg S.

All U haul locations need to be on one accord with corporate U haul. I had so many issues for two weeks. Corporate was telling me one thing and local was telling me another. The day before I was supposed to move I was going to get my U-Haul just to find the place was closed after i talked to someone the same day who said that all locations were open til 7. No one offered any help so i ended up getting the u haul the same day i was supposed to be moved out, which caused a lot of stress. The location I picked up at was fine. The experience from overall services was horrible.tamara N.

The lady that I talked with on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. From beginning to the end she was able to handle every aspect of the rental and was very nice while she did her job. That is something that is missing these days. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name but her customer service was above and beyond what is required. She was great!Chester T.

I made reservations well in advance to pick-up in Meridian Mississippi and was notified a couple of days before pick-up date that I would have to travel over an Hour one way to pick-up my requested equipment. I was told on the Phone I would receive $50.00 and additional mile for the inconvenience, which was insufficient. On a Move to Washington D.C. in 2016 U-Haul allowed me to Drive a 26 ft. moving truck from Georgia without a working horn (Safety issue) would not fix the issue.William F.

No one came to make sure that I had it hooked up correctly. I am a single woman and I expected someone to help me hook it up. I did not have the hitch completed locked and it bounced off of the ball hitch. It could have been really bad.Beth H.

Was told we could pick up the unit on Saturday 8:00 am. We was there at that time waited 35 minutes for the employee to show up for work to do the transaction. She never did so we had to do it over the phone with someone else. I have to say the employee inside the store not sure of her name but she was excellent in trying her best to attend to our needs and the other man that was dropping off a unit. Seems to me like she is more responsible and should be in charge of that position. Very friendly and apologetic.Janet C.

I was told the price per day and that once I returned the unit at the 24 hr drop off location the rental days would end. At actual day of pick up was then told a 4 day minimum charge would apply. Definitely misleadingScott H.
Pick up was fine. It was during the rental that was a nightmare. Could not get any help when trying to extend rental. NO ONE knew how, when, where, why, or how much! Had to call 15+ times on Sat & probably half that on Mon. Ridiculous! Other than that, the process & rental was a pleasant experience.Mandy S.

This sight was chosen at the last minute after we had trouble with our original drop off location: New Look Auto Body, 648 Cross Street, Laurel, MS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NEW LOOK AUTO BODY TO ANYONE!!!! RUDE, RUDE, AND MORE RUDE!!! You need to train and educate these employees on customer service. car transport hitch was damaged -- had to exchange at different location. No furniture pads, but billed me anyway. Woman was very nice but location was understaffed -- had to hook up car transport to truck and load car onto it without assistance. Not easy in a gas station.Jeremy S.
