A small location, I had confused it with a larger one near by on same road when I booked online but it was a great experience, very nice lady in charge that morning. Got my truck and was on my way. Everything including the after hour return and billing was exactly as I expected.Russell M.

We ordered an appliance dolly and we were charged for an appliance dolly but we got the small utility dolly and weren't told about the change until we got home and opened the back of the truck. The lady who helped us even had to call because the computer wasn't letting her add an appliance dolly and it was obvious that the person on the other line told her that we weren't getting that. She could have told us and we would have left the dolly--we already had one.Sami S.

Horrible experience. When I arrived to pick up the Uhaul the associate was doing a walk of the vehicle. We then went inside to start the paper work and I stated 3 different times that I needed a one way and gave address and zip code. She printed out paperwork and had me sign I copy then sent us on our way. I recived a call for call center? Asking me if I was going to return the Uhaul from the original place (almost 2hrs away) I said that I wasn't explained it was one way so they tried to charge me a 250$ wrong destination charge. I ended up dropping the the Uhaul off at at the storage I had originally told them I would and thankfully (Lone Star Storage) were very nice people and worked with me to resolve the issue caused by Alliance Raceway Storage. I rate (Lone Star Storage) 10 Stars!!!Austin W.

Upon entering the office, we noticed how clean and inviting the facility was. The office decor was Nascar themed, which was really neat and highly appropriate given the location (across the street from Texas Motor Speedway). We were greeted by a delightful employee named Jimmie. Jimmie was just as nice as could be, and made us feel very comfortable while waiting for her to inspect the truck we were dropping off. She was so personable and friendly. Jimmie made our moving experience a breeze, and we will definitely recommend Alliance Raceway Storage to all of our friends and family.WILLIAM O.

No-one was at this location when the truck was dropped off. I had to go back twice in order to try and find someone, but again no-one was there. I called the number posted and was told to drop the key in the box. I was very uncomfortable with this, as my name was on the contract.JEIGH R.
