Barbra JThe personnel were more than helpful & pleasant, however, when I opened the truck door the drivers seat was ripped up. I went to put the drivers visor down and the clip in the ceiling fell out and the visor was hanging in my sight line. When I opened the back roll door there were over 30 blankets strewn everywhere in the back!!! Needless to say they were in my way and VERY inconvenient for me to load my goods. I WAS NOT HAPPY!!!! This equipment was less than adequate.

Jerry BThe guy was really helpfull but the back of the truck hadn't been swept out and there was dog hair in the cab. New truck should be kept that way. I pressure washed the back and blew the dog hair out of the cab. Other than that, it was an easy pickup and easy dropoff.
Bryan WWilliam was very professional and very helpful showing me how to hook up the trailer and showing me the safety features required. Very successful day.

Donald MAttendant gladly checked the tires when I asked and found two that needed air. I suggest that they check tire pressure regardless of whether asked.
