Be accurate on gas gauge. I filled gas to where it was when I got it and they said I needed to put more. I didn't so I got charged like 50 extra dollars

Everything has to be done by E-mail and for this 68 year old it was a hassle. I don't have a printer and wasn't expecting what took place. Thank goodness for the good people at All Star auto glass for getting me through this overcomplicated process. The trailer was great and was what I needed but, your rental process was not what this old man was ready for!

Cindy ChapmamTruck was dirty inside and out when I picked it up. The windshield was dirty with dead bugs and the inside was covered with dirt. I actually had to stop and clean it up myself at the nearest gas place. It took over an hour to actually pick up this truck via the Internet. A bad experience. The company was nice when I returned the truck much cleaner than I received it.

ROBERT ALAN HAYNIEThe mobile app was not as easy to navigate. The truck was not full on the tank of gas. We put $42 to drive to Seminole and then $12 to bring it up to where it was. The previous people did not clean the truck very well. We got in there and swept it and mopped it because my new mattresses got stained due to some filth on the floor.

STACIE STYRONNot specific to this location, but I should not be charged extra for dropping off equipment in a closer location and early just because you have supply issues in certain parts of the country. Your equipment issues are not my problem and I should pay a standard rate per day regardless of where I pick up or drop off.

sarah warrenI requested a 10’ truck and was given a 15’ truck which was more expensive. I chose and paid for a regular dolly and was given a furniture dolly. I didn’t use the furniture dolly because I didn’t move and furniture.

ANGELA JAMESI got ripped off! The website was messed up the whole weekend so I couldn’t check the recorded fuel level, and when I returned the truck it had more fuel than when I picked it up and I got charged $22! Plus didn’t get the dolly I requested and had to spend over 30 minutes on a three way call just to get the key lock box code! Truck ran great, but the entire experience cost me time and money that really hindered my move.
