Lock box to retrieve the keys it is in bad conditions. Can’t see the number and have to be guessing to get to the right combination. Truck was very dirty.

When I called the 800 number I was told that a text had been sent to me several days earlier changing the location. I did not have any text indicating this. I had to walk 1.2 miles to the correct location. very poor customer service

Jason JThe truck had stains in the back when we got it it was not clean inside. It looked like meat was teansported in there and it had a smell. The tire sensor monitor was broken. We were told this before hand and that uhaul needs to send someone to fix it. Please do that. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and the man who brought the truck out. The service was good. Also marking off exactly where the self service truck returns should be parked would be helpful too as customer service had no idea.

Henry JThe moving truck was located on the property but knowing that the key lock was located a long way from the truck, the app has you at the truck, validating this & that, then have walk a long ways to get key then back then validating more stuff, took 25 min to do 10 min worth of work, if it was better organized
James JHave the vehicle clean at least on the inside the vehicle I receive was filthy, dirty unacceptable had to spend some time cleaning it before I could use it. Staff need to be retrained on cleanliness. The vehicle.
Glenford NThe trucks are parked far, they should have give better instruction where you are checking in on the phone as giving the code first to get the key, specially at a location like this. I was under the rain with a toddler walking back and forth first to find the truck and then back to get the key and back to the truck. Never again!

Emily FOrdered the truck, pads, hand truck and dolly on line and when I showed up the location didn’t have any of my moving equipment. He said they haven’t had those things for months. He suggested I cancel the truck if I wanted to, obviously not possible. Very bad experience and will try a different company than U Haul next time.
Peter TI returned my rental Cargo Van after I realized I forgot my key and my AIRPOD PRO when I get back to pick them up someone stole my AIRPOD PRO so we need more serious people to work, people that would respect the customers’s stuff etc.

MERTEL WChris was very helpful and professional when picking up the truck. The Truck was very outdated mecanically and was shaking a lot, pulling left and right. Also the fuel level was reported wrongly when picking up the truck, I was lucky I took a picture of the gauge level.

When I dropped off the truck, right as I got out they were already on it and greeted me right there asking if I was dropping off. A+ experience, give them a bonus and a raise on top of some paid vacation time! They earned it!!!

Jeziel IA bag was left in the truck we rented and the workers at this location stole $1,800 from my bag. It was shown on camera that this worker took up the bag, even though he denied knowing that there was a bag in lost and found. He knew where the cameras were and took the money with his back turned and out of sight. They are unfair! They’re thieves! We will be taking legal actions and will be making the world know about you all until that money is returned.

Natalie SAllstate was great but my reservation was at Al's. Al's was closed with no one answering the phone. I was forced to waste aprox. two hours because of Al's. I think you should reconsider Al's as a viable rental center.
