Drop off was quick & easy.
Charles TOpened earlier than posted hours, came out to my car so I didn’t even have to get out to find where to leave the trailer. They completed my check-in very quickly. Large, level parking lot with easy entry/ exit. Couldn’t have been quicker or easier.

Mark CI would like to take time on my survey to address the one star rating that was given to my location. I did not have reservations or expected ins for that particular day. The customer returned his UHaul 2 days early,. I take great pride in my business & yes, sometimes I have to leave early or close for the day to take care of personal business because I am the only one here since my husband’s passing. We don’t know what others are going through in life, please be kind.
