Hovsep GReservation was placed 2 days prior to pick up but when I arrived at the facility the unit had to be brought from another location. Not an issue but I thought it would be a simple hookup and go. The staff was great and overall a painless experience.

Rolando MI showed up at my appt time which was 10pm. The location was dark and a homeless person was camped out in front of the lock boxes. To top it off, the location of the truck was NOT where the app and picture said it was supposed to be. It was across the street and down. Thankfully I happened to see it, but I could easily have missed it. I am a female, this location was EXTREMELY dangerous for me. Not happy with the location. Will not be choosing this place to rent from again.

ARMIN DI forgot the man who helped me however, I came in on march 1 at around 3:45 PM and the gentleman who helped me was super kind and easy to understand and walked me through everything very clearly. He made it such an easy and quick time.
Destiny NThe team at Alpha Fleet were AWESOME! They were friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. They helped not only connect the auto-transport but load up our vehicle as well. The entire process was done in less than 15minutes. We needed to buy an adapter as our truck did not have the correct connector, they helped us wire up the adapter and ensure that all was working well before we got on the way. I was very comfortable the transport was secure and we would have a safe journey - THANK YOU!!!!

STEVE AThis location was great to work with, very friendly and professional. The only problem we had, which had nothing to do with the location, was the rate on the email I received from uhaul was almost $100 less than what was pulled up at the location. I did everything online and the email disappeared off my computer so I ended up paying the extra $ . That being said if I ever need another rental from CA to home I will go to Alpha Fleet Mgmt.

KONSTANTIN MReally nice experience. Nice customer service. Sam was so nice and helpful. It was very close to our house, and I was able to order most everything online, and then also when we were at the office got some moving blankets that we needed. The moving blankets are really great and thick which protected the furniture perfect. We got all moved and back in good time and were happy to know the final receipt price. That was excellent! Kevin BMake sure that the equipment that you rent out doesn't have any leaks or holes. We had 2 leaks in our trailer. Luckily it didn't rain that much while we were on the road and we returned the trailer before anything got really ruined.
