I had a reservation to pick up at the San Jose Blvd location, which I a confirmation from UHAUL via email. However, when I showed up, I was told that they did not have any of the trailers I had reserved despite me visually seeing them on their lot. When I asked about those on the lot, I was told they were reserved. I pointed out that I also had a reservation and was there/ready to pick up, but the manager and employees refused to issue me the trailer despite having a reservation. As a result, I was forced to drive another 15 miles away to the Philips Highway location.MARVIN N.

Your phone customer service sucks ASS. We were lied to about receiving a military discount. I called and spoke to a representative and requested to speak to a supervisor. I asked the supervisor (Sarah) to hold for a second and she hung up after 3 seconds. (Guess I should have said can you wait for 5 seconds). I called back and requested to speak to another supervisor (Charlene or something) she lied to me and said they would pull our reservation call and call me back, guess what, SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!!! Would I recommend U-haul, heck no!!!! I said yes to this location because it wasn't their fault I was LIED to, hung up on, LIED to again. Had I known I would have went through all of this I would have taken my business elsewhere. This experience was a NEGATIVE 10.CHARLES W.

While dropping off the truck at the location after hours and my friend was waiting in his car at the parking lot to pick me up. One of the guys came out suddenly and literally threatened my friend to immediately move the car as there was some private meeting. As you can see. My drop location was wrong. I booked a one way to georgia and the drop off shows Jacksonville. One of your workers called me to give me an update drop off at 2175 piedmont road ne Atlanta GA 30334, but they said they don't accept that kind trucks. They referred me to another location 2855 Clairmont rd 30329, the front desk lady rudely told me they won't accept it, at that point I was furious why uhaul don't speak with themselves but allow the customer to be in the midst of their disconnection and lack of communication. I almost missed my flight back to Florida. I ended up misplacing my drivers license while hurrying to meet up. This should be addressed and the lady at 2855 Clairemont should be trained on how to attend to clientChima O.

The original drop-off sent me to another drop-off on Sunbeam Rd in Jacksonville, Fl 6 miles away, Then that drop-off on San Jose Rd refused to take the truck as well, and said to call someone else to receive. U-Haul was a side business inside a stone & marble sales and installation company. They were a little overwhelmed with only two customers in the store.Tom H.
Equipment was dirty, but I was still charged a cleaning fee. No one was present when I showed up for the rental. I had to wait almost 45 minites. I was charged a late fee, even though the rental was supposed to be dropped off after hours.Gregory S.

Have equipment checked for proper working; ensure owner knows how to use equipment. Tow dolly ratchets were rusted. Owner was unclear of how the straps worked. Took almost an hour to get car on dolly.TWANE D.

I was chargeD for 300 miles driven for less than a 5 hour time frame when I only drove 26.4 miles. I never realized how important it is to take photo records of things like mileage so that Uhaul representatives don't take advantage of people. The building was closed when I dropped off truck 8-12-20202 and nobody was there. Sign on door said they would be back on Sunday. I called the phone numbers on the door but there was no answer. I left voice mail. I left the rental truck parked next to other U-Haul trucks on the site and left the keys in the key drop-off box. I was later billed for 10 extra days which makes no sense. I am disputing those fraudulent charges.Edward G.

There is no lighting at this location which is dangerous for when you pick up or drop off after hours. The key box is also not easy to locate. The brake pads also needed to be replaced on the truck.Paul-Michael L.

our u haul was disgusting. there was a broken glass jar of sauce stained all over the interior floor and the driver cabin had bags of fast food still in it. I would have preferred to do the walk around the truck to make sure everything was as it should have beenMARK G.

Tried to charge me the equivalent of 120 miles worth of gas , when I drove a total of 9 miles (and I put gas in the vehicle). Uhaul customer service refunded because they knew the store was wrong, but this was still a hassle. Stick to a standard Uhaul store.Gary H.
