The U-Haul app takes some getting used to, but the human I dealt with was friendly and efficient. The 15' worked well- no problems.
Theodore SThis place looked like a junk yard with various old vehicles, trailers, RVs in different states of disrepair, interspersed with returned U-Haul rentals. There was no one in attendance (at 11 a.m. on a Monday) so had to just park the truck and leave the key in the dropbox. I called them later that afternoon to confirm the truck had been checked in—someone did answer and confirmed the check-in was complete. So I guess “all’s well that ends well”. :-)

bernt sI have been a patron of this u-haul facility for many year. Every few weeks I need to rent a truck to move yard debris or neighbors furniture from one place to another. Ron has always been so kind and considerate, always ready to help or offer suggestions. His trucks are always clean, full of gas and ready to go. I cannot recommend this u-haul business enough.
Watha DTwo of the three cupholders were filled with an unknown liquid, there were little bits of moldy pet food behind the driver's seat, the steering wheel was a bit sticky, and at this moment I am honestly concerned that I got bed bugs from the seat (I've had little bites since and the first time I saw any sign was a blood spot on my clothing at the end of the day I drove this truck). The guy working there was nice and helpful but the condition of the truck was pretty poor.

Jennifer AThe vehicle I was issued had 1/4 tank of gas, so I had to fill it immediately. I was told to return it with 1/4 tanks, so I had to estimate how much gas to put in when I stopped to refuel. I would rather start with a full tank and return it with a full tank.

David HThe guy was late for both us and another couple at 9:00am so we came back and we’re able to get it just before 10:00am but had to change some of our plans. We only booked it for the morning so we could have our movers help and lost half of the time they were available for heavy lifting. We didn’t want to be rude but this is the second time we’ve done a pick up this year and both times there were delays even with assistance to make sure we did it right. We also had to rent a larger truck than I intended but that was just a website issue with not confirming my first reservation and having to make a new one for a different truck. Overall I’m just pretty disappointed but will probably still use uhual again. But pickups have not been smooth and we’ve lost time and money (from moving) twice now sadly so it’s worth mentioning

Seymour CIt took a solid half an hour to check the van out via mobile. I would not do this again. It's too bad I couldn't guarantee I'd get there before the office closed but in the future I will go out of my way to make sure I wasn't wasting so much time waiting for someone from some unknown location get around to looking at my info so we could get on with our move.
Rachel PThe gentleman running the desk was super helpful and informative and gave me good options for where to park the truck upon return. Not all locations are capable of providing the consumables one orders in the online reservation process (in this instance a mattress bag) so it would be good if the website could indicate that.
John TDon't automatically bill for insurance on the truck, we were billed $15 a day for "Safe Driver" insurance but we never approved this, hoping the billing is being sorted out on this. Thanks.

David OThe gas amount was lower than recorded, so I ended up putting $20 of gas in for the 9 miles I drove, everything else was great.

Steve GI felt uncomfortable parking the truck in a ditch on my return. Parking is limited at this location but the owner is so helpful. I wish I could have picked up the truck at the new location a mile from my home. That would have been the best. Your mobile ap checkout was a pain. It wouldn't accept the photo of the back of my driver's license. I don't know what I would have done if the owner had not been in his shop. I guess I would still be cursing you.
Dale VI was told I would get an extra day with the truck since I had such a long delay getting the truck. They came and picked it up a day earlier because they had another reservation on it. They said they would compensate me for all of the problems, but nothing!
Laura MThe uhaul person wasn't there when I arrived, but the gas station clerk was helpful and told me where to park the truck. I left it there and dropped the keys in the box. In the end it worked out fine, but was confusing.
