Patty DThe tire straps on the car hailer are not long enough for oversize tires. The tie down safety chains are too short. UHauls security requirements to rent a vehicle make customers feel like criminals. I had three forms of identification and UHaul still asked me for a friend’s name and phone number.
Donald OI was charged for two days for returning the trailer 1 hr late. When I asked the owner he said no one booked it just get it back in a timely manner.
