Very disappointed as it took 1 hour at the location to get the truck after calling 2 representatives on the phone to get the order authorized. Person at the store was not helpful and hesitant to figure out why he could not authorize the order. That was 1 hour of valuable moving time that I can not get back.NISSAN N.

my usage is only 20Kms, but I have forced to pay 30.196(Ltrs) GAS. Why should I pay for GAS for some one used? I'm getting responses from Customer Service that "Amco Petroleum, 2810 Markham Rd( is right, there is no logic hear...Thirunavukkarasu A.

Pick-up was delayed by 35 minutes because the previous contract on the vehicle had not been closed out. The staff at the pick-up location were helpful but not efficient or professional. After completing the information on your app, I was left in limbo with no instructions and hence had to engage the local rep even though this was supposed to be a completely mobile transaction.Sanjeev G.

the overall experience of U haul is not satisfactory, even online booking is confusing for average person ,when booked address of pickup found closed , upon call, advice to call 1800#,no body pickup phone for 15 mins, finally found other outlet, but they do not have truck, found van, no option so took it, found lack of communication for Uhaul, need to be improve.Mahmood N.

I called and asked for an extension and the extension was not given to me and I was charged for an extra day. The rep who I gave the key back to had no idea how to take the vehicle back. I had to call and talk to 5 different people before I could get my money back. Not renting with Uhaul again. Very disappointed.shoaib I.
This pickup location was extremely far out of our way and from our original pickup point and it was slightly disorganized. We were meant to be sent a code to pick up our keys which we didn't get and were told on the spot we owed more money than we were originally charged. It took about 40 minutes for us to receive our keys. The gentleman who worked at the Amco was very helpful but it was all a bit confusing.Kathleen M.
