Trailor was covered in ice and snow.. Make sure trailer is clear of snow and ice. I received no help or guidance in hooking trailer to truck.

Neither woman were wearing masks . When I it finally hit me that the woman taking care of me didn't have one on she said something about a health issue but put one on . The other woman never did . I had given all my info over the phone to a registration person at another location and she found the truck we needed at this location . This location made me give all the info all over again . I was in that office for well over 19 minutes when it should of been “ in and out “
