Trailer buried in snow and ice. Likely not cleaned all season. Usually there is a cleaning fee if you return it dirty but what about when you pick it up dirty. I get it. There is probably such a tight margin to make any money with having these on your lot that it's not worth having them cleaned off when it snows but dang. Once I had cleaned it off at home the equipment was in good condition and was very useful for the move. Towed like a dream and the ramps were easy to use.RYAN H.
the key was not in the lock box; after I opened it; had to go in to get key ; the place had 3 people inside all with no masks so this place could be a Covid breeding location! also found a pink scarf + 3 things garbage behind the seat a babies shoe & empty water bottle;steven F.

Pickup location is great, friendly staff and answered all my questions. Only issue with the whole thing was customer service from corporate Uhaul. That was a cluster mess, poor info, at best, but I know they're also busy as all hell right nowBrandon S.
Did not give me any paperwork . Did not actually check me into the UHaul system. Didn't know how to hook up the 3 chains to prevent them from dragging on the cement.Nicholas C.

Actually let the location know that they have someone coming. I waited for two hours because the owner had no idea I was even coming and was closed due to modified hours because of covidDylan F.
Such an easy way to drop off my truck after customer service hours. I was able to spot the location quickly and follow the mobile steps to complete my drop off.allison M.
My pick-up location was changed from one nearby to this one on the other side of town, and when I arrived they did not have the dollies, furniture pads, or other equipment I ordered. They clearly didn't know anything about that and sent me to Uhaul Customer Service, who tried to pass me back to this location. Clearly no one knew what they were doing and eventually told me to deal with it at my drop off location, meaning I didn't get the equipment I had paid for (that this location wouldn't refund me for) and therefore could not complete my move as intended (necessitating a second truck rental, which I will be sure to do from a competitor to Uhaul). Avoid this place. Pay more to go elsewhere, it's worth the extra cost.Matthew T.
