Once again, I rent a u-haul truck from a different location to find the inside of the windshield disgusting. Outside was covered in tree particles. Looked like it has not been washed in a month. Other than that, the experience was fine.

The owner/proprietor was vert terse and rude to everyone that came in. I waited patiently for 20 minutes before he acknowledged my existence although no one else was in the office. When I returned the van and parked it in his lot he came out yelling at me that i parked in the wrong location. I informed him that i was given no direction as to where to park when returning the vehicle. He continued to berate me about entering his lot so i told him that was quite enough and to give me my receipt because i did not want to spend another moment in his facility. By far the worse experience i ever had renting a UHaul. I would happily pay more money just to avoid this location moving forward.

I started with the 29.99 rate and ended up with a bill over $100. For local One Way Driving? Really! They tacked on so many extra fees, but I guess everyone has a hustle. I will never rent from this location again. They even included a fraudulent cleaning fee $25, really did they deep clean the truck.

Needs to have designated parking for U-haul customers. Otherwise a great experience. Could also be a little more friendly. I could have easily turned into a regular customer for mechanic shopped if I was treated like it mattered i was there.

I reserved a dolly online (wich was extremely important. I told him I reserved one and he said "well, that's going to be a problem, because I don't have one.' No apologies or effort to make it right. I had to spend another hour and put additional miles on the van to locate and pick one up.

My appointment was for 230 to pick up the van I arrived at 2:20 I had to wait to 3 o'clock I was informed of my pick up time was not till three OK I'll give you that however the van I want was late arriving the gentleman at the desk did not seem to care or want to wait for me will not go back this location

They were the worst! No signage indicating they were a u haul outlet. At first they told me that they gave my truck away because I wasn't there on time despite me being 20 mins earlier than my confirmed time. They sent me away and when I called to try to find a replacement truck I was referred back to that location where mysteriously the same guy at the counter found the truck I rented originally. although I had to drive to another location to pick up the dolly and hand truck I reserved. Awful experience, it makes consider alternate rental companies. They should not be allowed to represent you.

Rental information was not in system. Dealer had no idea about rental. He was very accommodating however in getting the job done. Rental unit was questionably needing service for new shocks, but it was the only truck they had in that size. Very disappointed that no information was in his system. Had to show him my online confirmation. Additionally, whereas the site said someone from Uhaul would be contacting me prior to rental to ensure blah blah blah.....nobody ever reached out.

They've charged me 15miles more than I've used, I called the place and the guy told me that was correct, but i went from there to 1445 w broward blvd, than to 1140 ne 5th ave and from there to return the truck, it didn't reach 15 miles, so I didn't recommend this place, someone isn't being honest or they made a big mistake!

The guy Henry who I rented from at the location 721 SW 2nd Street in Fort was extremely rude when I returned the truck my husband told him he was being rude & needs to learn how to treat customers because he's in the customer service industry. Henry them told my husband to "shut up nigger because you're not the one I rented the truck to". If this is how your independent contractors behave I will NEVER spend my money with U-Haul again!!!

The problem I have is with the open-ended billing process. It took 6 hours to receive a receipt for the charges which were 20 percent higher than expected. Then I got two receipts simutaneously. The first receipt had incorrect supplemental equipment. I was charged for dollies and pads I did not request or receive. The second receipt corrected that error, but had a bogus mileage number. Coincidently, this receipt did not have the truck mileage to backup the incorrect mileage charge, although the first reciept had the Mileage Out and In. Why does the email need to state that all disputes must be resolved through their written dispute process with their arbitrator? Do they send out so many bad receipts, and overcharge so many customers that they need to make getting an accurate accounting a difficult process? Do they assume that I will not file a grievance with the credit card company? I cannot sign away my rights to an accurate and honest receipt with language buried in a rental contract.

The staff at that location was unfriendly, and did not point out that the fuel level indicator on the contract indicated how many gallons of fuel to replace. The staff I rented from at another location two days later was pointed that out and even mentioned where the cheapest gas was.

This dealer sent me out with a truck with a tire on the inside rear with only threads no tread. I opted for the insurance when I came out to inspect and he said that I didn't have to since I had the insurance. the truck did vibrate couldn't go over 55 mph. It took extra trips and was a few hours the next day before I turned in the truck. The tire had blowen out and I did not see it until I fueled up to return the truck.
