Nothing. I had a scheduled pickup and Tim had everything ready when I walked in the door. We had a problem with the first truck and they immediately sent out another one to our location and took the bad one away. Tim was great in helping me navigate the insurance claims portion of things

Dan HU-Haul's completely unattended pickup and drop off is a game-changer. We use the trucks as a production vehicle and couold never be tied to 9-5 times. Awesome option.

Ian IThe location and the gentleman working were fantastic! However, he didn't work for UHAUL, he just worked at that garage where rentals were avaiable. The morning of my reservation (the morning I was moving) someone from UHAUL called to tell me that the truck I reserved was no longer available and that the only one that was would be located over an hour away from me. I then decided to try for a 10 or 26 ft truck at a the Hillsborough location and it ended up that Hillsborough had the truck I was originally supposed to have that day . UHAUL itself was messy but the Hillsborough came through!
Kathryn PIf possible have the vehicles fuel tanks topped off. My Truck rental was at 1/2 a tank and it's tough to refill to 1/2 a tank accurately. Location is next to a gas station so I'm not sure why this isn't policy. Also leave space for parking vans/trucks. This is an active tire/auto shop so there are always tons of cars in the parking lot. Makes getting in and out a struggle with larger vans.

FAIZAN HDigital drop off is nightmare. I will never recommend people to do digital drop off again. It took us literally 1 hour. Completely unpleasant experience. Uhal needs to do better on Tech.

IAN IWay too expensive. There was a discrepancy with the miles and I was overcharged 5 miles. It cost me $90 to rent a 10’ truck for 3 hours and to go 13 miles but I was charged 20 miles. I rented a 16’ truck from Penske for 2 days and drove 70 miles and paid $107. I will never rent from u-haul again and I will tell my friends and family to only rent from Penske. Better prices, better service.
