Mike KPeople need more then 12 hours notice that they need to travel more then 2 hours to pick up their rental. This is 100% not the fault of the location but your larger reservation system. I reserved my rental in late March and you couldn't call more then a day ahead to let me know? That was almost 5 hours of wasted and unplanned for time.

Stacy OMade a reservation and was made to drive 240 mile to pick up my trailer. The dealer did not assist in hooking up the trailer.The trailer had a tire that was worn and I had to worry about it throughout my trip. No discount was offered for the additional mileage I was made to drive.

Elizabeth LThe uhaul was not well maintained and it was disgustingly filthy inside, trash, dog hair,sticky liquid spilled all over, cigarette butts everywhere. I drove 3 hours to pick it up and they knew i was coming and they couldn't even bother to clean it or make sure it was mechanically sound to drive.

Tim SI was quoted $139 when I picked up the uhaul as long I didn't drive it over 150 miles. I returned uhaul on time and followed all instructions. I only put 120 miles on it! Then I got an email saying my bill was now $259. Not cool.

Susan WI wasn't told about the 20$ return after hours fee. I returned it early so I dont know why I would get charged and additional 20$. The back was really dirty. There was dirt, leaves, pieces of branches, u-haul blankets, and a dolly in the back. The man who rented it out to me took the blankets and dolly out when I pointed them out to him but he didn't sweep out the back or tell anyone it needed to be done. So I had to clean out the back before putting my stuff in it. There was sticky stuff all on the cab floor and cup holder in the cab of the truck, which I also ended up cleaning because I didn't want to be charged a fee for it. I paid 78 dollars plus the 20$ return after hours fee just to get a truck that was extremely messy and to get penalized for returning the equipment early. I will not be using this location again and i highly recommend everyone else to do the same.

Donald CYour cooperate safety guidelines really don’t reflect actual vehicle capabilities. Have to lie or bypass system requirements in order to make staff comfortable with auto trailer rentals. One LED marker light was flickering.
Chase BThere is only one person who handles U-Haul at this location and he is rarely on hand. I had to park and unhitch the trailer my self.
Michael Ktrailer tongue on 6x12 is heavy and hard to hook and unhook-tongue jack would really help

Timothy BI stood at the counter for some 20 minutes before I was assisted. There was a young man on the phone (assisting hotel customers) when I arrived and he handled at least 3 if not 4 phone calls while stood at the counter. The phone was ringing constantly. The man who assisted me happened to be sitting in chair in the lobby the entire time. He was listening to a conversation between yet another employee and a guest. When he came to the counter, I was disgusted to learn that he was an employee and numerous customers, both of U-Haul and the hotel, where ignored. And then he had the audacity to tell me that the equipment I reserved will not work for my towing needs. I explained to him that I had used the same equipment just a year ago to bring the same vehicle from AZ to MN. He decided to continue with my reservation, but not before telling me that the rental cost was $280. I questioned that as I had a confirmation showing $210. He made a couple of "checks" on the computer and then okayed my reservation at $210. Overall, this was a horrible experience; being ignored for 20 minutes, being told that the equipment I reserved won't work and being told that my rental was going to cost me more money. These issues need to be addressed and corrected. i would not recommend this location to anyone unless these issues are fixed.
Ray MThis was an OLD truck, lots of dings and dents. The truck ate the gas like crazy. I had ordered a appliance dollie and didn't receive one.
Rhonda MThe gentlemen i dealt with could have been nicer, he just seemed very rude which makes it where no one would want to deal with him.
Tyler MWould recommend for location; there as nobody available who had been trained in on renting out the u hauls so it took over an hour to pick up my rental. The woman that helped me was extremely nice and went out of her way to make sure I got everything but she should have been shown what to do prior.

JEREMY BI did not drive 100 miles. It's 21 from Roseau to Warroad. There is no way I went 100 miles. Will not be using UHaul ever again.

John RReally convenient to be able to drop off the vehicle in Roseau. the location was closed when I dropped it off but I had no issues dropping it off anyway and got immediate service when I had follow up questions the next day.
JULIA R1. No acepten reservaciones si no tienen los camiones disponibles o por lo menos comuniquen esto al momento de la reservación. 2. No hagan a los clientes viajar 4 oras y recorrer 248 millas extras, para despues decirles que les van a dar una garantia de 50 dólares.
