The only reason i answered no to the first 2 questions was they had 2 parts. Question 1 yes very clean but i wasn't to fond of the alley ways between units very muddy and uneven. Question 2 the security was great with the fencing and security code clearance to enter but being out there after dark it is pitch black with no lighting at least where my unit it was. I had to bring multiple flashlights and use headlights to see anything. I would give this place a 7 out of 10 would be a 9 or 10 with improvements to driving areas and some lights.
