After having to buy some pads at the pickup location because moving blankets were not available I noticed that there was a pile of dirty wadded up Uhaul blankets on the ground outside this location. If I was an executive at Uhaul I would be embarrassed to call these people my corporate partner. Place was filthy.

David BoboI felt that the place that I picked up the equipment was very unprofessional and should not be in business to offer any equipment. They provided me damage equipment without checking to ensure the equipment was safe for the highway. The truck didn't drive over 55 MPH and kept missing gears, the tow bar signal light was broke. I was forced to drop the truck and tow bar off prior to my destination losing my furniture and car which I was attempting to get to my assigned Base due to the danger of the U haul and Tow.. The trucker asked that we take the U haul off the road before there was an accident.

William LongGet the gas mileage right from the beginning because we took a picture all the gas hand and the guy said that we need to put more gas in they was going to charge us but they had something wrong in the system because we put more than enough gas in we was over what we supposed to have put in but still got charged $2.25
NELSON MAINORWe had to wait over an hour for the individual to come to the store to sign out the truck. It threw us completely off schedule. There were two other people working in the store that were not trained to sign out the Uhaul.

Victoria HamiltonThe pick up location at Anchor Holds was fine. They were helpful and understanding. The issue we had was that Anchor Holds was 98 miles away from our original pick up location. We had made a reservation 3 months prior for an 8:00 am pick up but didn’t find out from U-Haul until the evening before our reservation that we would have to pick up our rental in another city at a sight that didn’t open until 10:00 am. We made the reservation so early because we anticipated a high volume of rental customers because it was a college town at the end of a semester. You would think that U Haul could anticipate the same and have trucks available. We’ve been a U-Haul customer many times but this time we were pretty disappointed in the reservation process. The associates at the U-Haul locations were all courteous and professional.

jeanette rogersso after the horrible experience at the pick up locations i get sent to a location The Station in warwick ga to drop off the trailer. i drive around for over an hour to find a old building with a brokendown sigh i drove past 10 times saying the station. and you guessed it the store was closed down. i went up the street and found another uhaul location and the lady helped me ther and said this happens alot. at this point i have no faith in uhaul.com this little trailer rental was a nightmare

MARVIN HOWARDDay before pickup paid and was given quote. Next day at pu had to wait 45 min for owner had closed mid afternoon. Went up on fee 18.00 and had to totally redo booking. Took forever because owner did not know how to operate computer. If I had not booked loading helped would have walked. Have always rented from U-Haul but not sure I would ever again. Bad experience!!!!!
wayne livelyThe ramp had no pain in it to keep the ramp in so we had to keep stopping in the middle of the road and putting the ramp back up into the car dolly movie called about this they said to use a bungee cord and was not sure about any kind of refund or compensation for all the hassle that we had

Randy Westmr.ricky is great...he was fast got me in and out....he contacted me the day before and told me my uhaul would be ready at 10a.m and it was ready....I highly recommend anchor holds bait shop....great friendly customer service he made sure i was clear on everything and explained everything very well....I will be doing business again with him in the future....thanks mr.ricky for everything

Bridgette WilliamsI can think of nothing to improve Snyder’s Mech Shop 2 was excellent in service and explained everything about the trailer.Ben was his name and knows how to handle business.And when I dropped trailer off at Anchor Bait Shop in Cordele Georgia I didn’t get his name but he was having problem with his computer and couldn’t find me in system he took the time to call me and make sure that everything was good he did an excellent job and that’s what made the experience all good is to have great customer service on both ends
