Well the person who handled UHaul was not available, but a fellow who worked another business there was very helpful in disconnecting it from vehicle. I got no paperwork while there, so I was hoping it would be alright and I wouldn't be charged for overage or damaged or stolen trailer.timothy S.

Original pick up place terrible! Called U-haul and set us up with new location. Lady was taking kid to school so had to wait half an hour but otherwise was super great to work with and also on the return was excellent to work with.Gary B.

I originally had my uhaul to be a scheduled to be taken back to Empire Masters LLC.. No one was on site and gate was wide open. I had to call the number 7 times for someone to answer and tell me that I would have to wait a while for him to come to the premises.. I decided to take it to the place it was turned into and the lady has no customer service skills. Uninviting and the place was a mess! Never again.TERRELL D.

The text message I received regarding the drop off location was incorrect causing me to first take the U Haul to the wrong location and accrue more mileage on the rental! I am very dissatisfied with this! Moreover, the charges for the 15' rental seem to be higher than what the reservation and website stated!Bradley H.

This facility handled my order as requested thru your 800# I was disappointed with the liberty highway location who were supposed to service me first, promised a truck, didn't deliver and I had to drive extra miles to pick up at this location. I was pleased with the vehicle and professional courtesy of this location. Better communication is needed with reservations and promises made!Shelby L.

There is literally nothing needed to improve the Anderson Services location in SC. They are helpful, punctual, knowledgeable of all the equipment, well organized and clean. By far the best U-haul location I've used in 30+ years.Bruce A.

The first location I tried to reserve a truck did not have my reservation filled. This cost me wasted time and fuel to find another location with my necessary equipment on site. This was more than an inconvenience, and almost derailed my entire plan for the move. Thankfully Anderson Services was the best I could possibly hope for and gave me great customer service and was very helpful and inviting.Nicholas S.
This comment is not for this location. My last pick up and drop off location was very nice. My first location was TERRIBLE. The woman was EXTREMELY rude. She did not wait on my mother and I when we first came in. We stood at the counter looking for someone. She only stood up and came over when her phone started ringing. When she finally helped us my reservation was not showing up for her and she told my mother â€œMy customers come firstâ€ and went back to help other customers. She offered no help whatsoever and should be dropped by uhaul because that was the worst introduction I've ever had with a company. When I called uhaul I spoke with a man named Kevin. He was great. He was very nice and very helpful. Turns out uhaul changed my pickup location without notifying me at all. Someone said they left a voicemail, but like I just stated, no one contacted me. We got to the second location and they were closed. Uhaul sent me to a new location without notifying me and it was CLOSED. Once we finally got in touch with someone again our location was changed for a second time. This time we had no troubles picking up our truck and the woman working was super nice and friendly. The shop looked very clean and she was sanitizing everything she touched. Very nice location if I EVER recommend uhaul to ANYONE I'll recommend this location and only this location.Kyla W.

I never made it inside to see the facility so I can't comment about the cleanliness of it. Uhaul personnel met me outside and I was checked out is less than 10mins. Very fast and efficient.MICAH K.

Natalie was professional and helpful with our rental! I had previously booked at another location but they didn't have the size truck I needed nor did they return my call. Made a reservation at a different location online. When I arrived there was no one there that knew how to turn on the computer. Customer service and this location worked with me to secure the vehicle that I need it. Everybody went above and beyond to get me down the road quickly.
