Sid, the employee at location off Hwy 55 in Hly Springs was extremely helpful in setting up a reservation for me at a more convenient location for me in Angier. Excellent employee, very helpful! The man in Angier, however, was very very nice, but did not know how to enter in a reservation properly and transaction was pretty lengthy and difficult. I had to make various changes regarding what I originally requested through 1 800 UHaul myself.

Very unprofessional didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Found out the day after I returned the vehicle what my total charges were. That’s not a good way to do business when you are given an estimate of charges. I left not knowing what I owed and not even the manager would help me.Will not do business with them again

The uhaul company charged me for equipment rental that I had already paid for . I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone . I will make certain it's made public the very poor customer service support uhaul has given in this matter.

Fix the trucks transmission. Also, have the equipment ready for customer when pickup time was secured. Honor original quote and discontinue deceptive advertising of prices contracts. I had no one at pickup facility to instruct me how to use this truck when I was told by corporate I would if picked up during business hours. Terrible experience with your company with the exception of Krista on the front end of my experience. She provided the original price and knowledge included all charges when quoted at 392.00.

This was a nightmare of a experience from the time we picked up the equipment to when we tried to drop it off and we’re told not to because your system wouldn’t update and then being told a manger would contact me, which never happened, to being told we would be charged an extra day due to your system error and your customer service errors.
