The location and staff itself was great HOWEVER I won't be renting a UHaul ever again. After having issues on the app I was on hold for over an hour and still never spoke to anyone. I was then hung up on! I attempted to do the live chat 3 times with no results and one agent ending the chat on me. I sent emails and was never replied to either. This was the worst experience I've ever had and the only thing that saved it a little bit was the kind workers and angles garage. I am so frustrated and will not recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.James M.
Area was in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by junked trucks and cars. The key pick up box was very far away from the truck and you had to weave through a bunch of scrapped vehicles.Kellie S.

they didn't check anything ball said 2" but was broke so trailer moved everytime I stopped trailer lights had to get rewired on my ride home 5 hour drive brakes kept locking up on trailer will never use them againSean M.

The truck I rented had a huge leak in the roof of the area overhainging the driver's seat. As the truck sat in my driveway during the night before the move, rain fell heavily and in the morning the truck was full of water, which we had to dry before we loaded our mattresses, etc. It continued to rain during the move and things in back continued to get wet. Everything was soaking wet when we got to our destination. It looked like attempts had been made to patch the leak; but it was still leaking badly.Sher B.

IMPORTANT - just because you are choosing a pick up location doesn't mean ANYTHING! First, call that location to see if they even have it. If not, call the logistics person at UHAUL. So they can coordinate a place on the way and you can plan for it. So Crucial! IF you do this all will go well :)sharon F.

It took forever to get through on the phone to UHaul's customer service- an unacceptablly long time. Once I got through, however, the rep was awesome. She worked very hard to find a rental for me on a high demand weekend. Also, the folks at my pickup location, Angles garage in Jackson, Ohio, were just great. Friendly, helpful and I would definitely use them again.Rebecca S.
This has nothing to do with this location. I think in booking a uhaul, understanding how the day rate works would have been helpful. We picked up the van at 3:30 then went to dinner in town. We dropped off the van at 5 pm and was charged an extra day...seems like there should be an hour rate for the first two hours or somethingRobert H.

Old truck, ran rough, rates are horrible, 99 cents a mile + filling it back up, small selection of available trucks, next time going with different company. Your locations can only be as good as the product you supply them with.Jeff L.

We had reserved a truck to move inventory from one office to another, and decided we needed a bigger truck than we had initially decided on. Jill was very helpful and she was able to quickly change things in the system to get us the biggest truck they had on the lot. She was very friendly and accommodating.Zack G.

I called and stopped in the day before the rental to make sure our rental would be ready at 8 am. The lady at the desk said she was the only one who takes cares of Uhaul but did not mention that she would be absent on our rental day. Nobody else could help us when we arrived at 8 am the next day. One man tried unsuccessfully to get on the uhaul site, he was the only one interested in customer service. I had to call uhaul directly to get the rental paid for. Every time I use this facility there is a problem, but they are the only place in Jackson, OH with Uhaul.kirsten B.

We have rented trucks from Budget, Enterprise, and UHaul in the last 3 months, and UHaul was BY FAR the absolute WORST! We paid too much for 4 days rental but the truck quit and was towed away on the third day. Fortunately my husband was only stranded a half a mile from home, instead of on the Thruway, but the local moving we had planned to do on our last day we couldn't do because the truck quit and had to be towed away. My poor experience had nothing to do with the pick up or drop off locations. It had entirely to do with the place I had reserved my rental. They (Diamond Auto) had double booked the truck therefore leaving me without a truck and I had to drive 35 miles to pick it up. Not only that but they also told me to pick it up at the location that I eventually dropped it off at. I have rented uhauls several times and never had this bad of an experience. Fortunately the people were friendly and willing to wait for me to arrive to pick up the vehicle.AMY S.
