I spent 30 minutes on the phone with UHaul when I picked up the truck. They wouldn't give me the key to finish the process even though U-Haul told them it was ok. In addition the key to the lock didn't work and when I asked about it they just shrugged and said it wasn't their problem.SCOTT H.

The lock box was extremely hard to get open. The pick up location isn't in the safest area. I definitely wouldn't go by myself at night. And I would be cautious of going alone anytime.Lauren H.

Train all the staff at this pickup location, fix your app and get better customer service. First we walked away empty-handed because the man behind the counter was short and rude to us. He told us the system was down so we couldn't use the truck; luckily we lived close so I attempted customer service on our way home after the guy behind the counter said call 1-800-uhaul - I said that's not enough numbers, and he said Google it. One of your reps answered after 10 minutes and told me I could do everything online using the app. Nice as hell, but what she said wasn't true. I couldn't get past the first screen because the take a photo button didn't work for my picture nor my license. Thankfully when we got back to the store 1 guy out of 3 was able to help us. He had customer service skills and was able to rent the truck to us. I was Leary when we returned the vehicle and equipment because that individual wasn't there. I handed the know-nothing guy the key to the truck and asked if he needed to check the truck or anything. He nonchalantly said I'll go out and take a pic of the odometer and gas gauge and send it to the guy you talked to before. We are okay. You can leave. When I received a text a couple hours later from U-Haul reminding me when the truck was due back, I got worried and called the shop again to make sure we were all good. He again said we good - the guy had broken English - and hung up. Very unsettling. I was very dissappointed with the service and won't use uhaul again unless I have no other choice. The app hasn't worked for a year - had problems a year ago when I rented from the location on University.Christi R.

I used the truck for less than two hours and was charged $100 on my credit card when the ad said 19.95 plus mileage. They did not check the final mileage when I returned the truck. I would not rent from Uhaul again.Dave S.

Dropped truck off after hours. The truck was swept and clean, just as it was when I picked it up. Found out next day got a $25 cleaning charge. This location scammed me and wouldn't respond to my email inquiry about why a received the charge. Never do business with these guysBruce W.
