Nothing! Customer service was absolutely amazing. Had a few issues with my reservation right when I got there but it was all quickly resolved and everyone was so kind, quick, courteous, and friendly. Really made a stressful day/situation so much easier and better.

This facility has the most welcoming, hassle free customer service. The vehicle was clean, fully gassed and ready to go. I we’ll be using them again in a few weeks and would most definitely recommend to everyone.

Each time I rent a uhaul I will come to this location! The operators were extremely personable, accommodating and knowledgeable! Moving can be frustrating so it was a breath of fresh air to know that my equipment was clean, ready on time and extremely affordable.

Don’t accuse customers of stealing dollys and moving equipment when you never put them there in the first place so you don’t have to check cameras

The door was locked when I got there, but a man came out and asked what I needed. He invited me in, where his wife and daughter were watching a talk show on TV. He entered my info fairly quickly, and then took me outside to hook-up the trailer pretty quickly. He was very friendly and helpful. When I returned, it was raining, and the lot for the trailer was extremely muddy. All in all, I didn't have any real problems, and the location was ideal for me, but I sometimes prefer to not use the "Neighborhood U-Haul" locations, although the "regular" U-Haul locations are sometimes a lot slower.

Not happy at all! The truck was not on full when I got into drive.Didnt think to ask OR TAKE A PHOTO. I paid in advance for 20 miles. Drove 19. Miles rt.I didn't know to fill,FUEL, back =19 miles of driving.HOW DO YOU DO THAT EXACTLY? Charged by the visual of the gas tank???? How off is that! I am charged $ 16.more for gas.Plus milage. This practice is bogus. More professional calculat miles to the gallon. What ever wont do this business again.

The owners and employees of Hitt Da Spott were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist me throughout all phases of my truck rental from pickup to the dropoff. I highly recommend Hitt Da Spott and I won't hesitate to do business with them again. Pro Tip: There is a foot trailer on site that has one of the best cheeseburgers with grilled onions in Austin.
