tom cThe truck was great, but the trailer didn't have the brake fluid cap on it. I called and asked about it, but I never received a call back. I had to rig it up with tape and a plastic bag to drive across the country. The truck floor had a little mud in it, but it was raining, so it was somewhat tough to avoid. The truck did the job good!

Todd KThe Anytime Towing employees were amazing! I made the reservation on line for an in-town usage, and it was listed as okay for a 24/7 rideshare. I arrived there Monday night after hours, and your online system said I had to check in after 8:00 a.m. the following day. This would NOT have worked for me. The employees were still there after hours and connected me with the truck I had reserved.

Louis PThe trailer that I had reserved was not a alaibke dispite the website saying that it was so I ended up paying doibke what I expected too. The trailer that I got was also. In poor condition with a bad tire that had a gash in the middle of the sidewall. I'm amazed it didn't blow out.

Jack GOriginally told to drop off trailer at old Kmart in the Sault. When I showed up during their stated open times, no one came out. Called the local number and was transferred to an 800 number. Representative was clueless as to why no one was there and insisted I do it online. I told her no, find another place. Showed up to "anytime towing", the only other uhaul place in town, as directed by the rep. Waited approximately 15 min in the rain searching for help. The teenager on the couch saying "he's not here" was delightful. I dropped the trailer next to a few others and was about to leave when another fellow customer informed me there was in fact someone working there. I had trouble from the beginning to end with my reservation, there's been zero accountability and professionalism, and uHaul reps told me to drop the trailer at a place that wasn't even staffed and was apparently being renovated, which would've led to more issues. Just an entirely sketchy reservation and transaction and safe to say my future equipment rentals will not be through uHaul.

Edward MTire on trailer was low 20 lbs of air, normally it should be 65 pounds. Dealer aired it up. Was low the next morning too 55 lbs of air.I aired it too 65 lbs of air. Hauled it home and held air with no leaks over night. Tire wasn't properly sealed at the bead when it was installed. But the heat seated the bead. All good now. Thank you.

David GThe whole deal with U Haul's fault not the local U-Haul dealer. I was trying to rent a 26 footer and of course they didn't have one even though it sounded like they were going to get one for me. So I had to settle for what was available. Some customer brought it back filthy and below empty. That wheels are out of balance and the alignment is bad. 128,500 of the hardest miles any vehicle has ever seen. I would have to assume that every mile on a U-Haul truck is like two or three in a normal vehicle. I am a one percent are in the world of people that rent U-Haul trucks if you check my records. This is the 26th move my wife and I have made. that truck is abysmal what a freaking mess I cannot imagine what your attorneys are thinking when they're paying for liability insurance. I can't imagine and I'm not exaggerating allowing people to drive such an abomination! I grew up on a farm so I can drive anything and when I say anything I'm talking we also own a machine shop so tractors big truck small trucks lift trucks you name it I can drive it and I have driven some crappy stuff but that truck is a complete piece of junk and should be sat on fire
Bryan KThe website did not give me the option for 2 way. It only had one way so when I arrived at the pick up location, they had to fix it and told me that I did it wrong. Other than that, the overall experience was great!
