Took 2+ hours to get rental. Then was not correct truck. Overall very poor experience. Person at pickup had to call someone him to help.

We had a reservation at 9:30 for a moving truck, pads and a dolly. We arrived And no one was at Apex- called Number on sign, was told they would call me back- finally was called back to be told the guy forgot and was on his way. 45 min later the guy showed up saying “so you want to see about renting a uhaul?” The worker had no clue what was going on and then told us to check the other trucks for pads and dolly. After finding no dolly, we were told to go pick up a dolly in Ft Oglethorpe, also the mileage was off on the truck as well as the gas. The worker took a picture with his phone of dashboard and told us he would fix it on the paperwork. We then had to go to Ft O location to pick up dolly- finally was on the road at 11:30- 2 hours later. We were on a time sensitive trip and most likely will not get our deposit back on an apartment because we were late moving out due to the incompetence of APEX. Very dissatisfied! No apologies for their incompetence!

There has been no one at the location when we went to drop it off. There is no Dropbox. No one answers the phone when calling Apex Auto. It has been a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
