Remote app check in did not work. Had to use remote web check-in. No attendant on site.
David TThe truck is right by the road which made me uncomfortable inspecting it with cars driving past which felt a little unsafe. My biggest complaint is that when I picked it up and got the code for the Word lock, the lock didn't work. The Uhaul helpline had a wait of 30-40 min so we kept trying the lock and got it to work but it took a full 30 minutes!
james bThe absolute nightmare, time-consuming self-pick up needs some serious improvement. I really can't rate the location, but I will give UHaul's checking in and out online ZERO stars. The app if frustrating and doesn't seem to work. Calling the 1-800 number was of no help. I got a "new" person who couldn't help, and kept telling me she was going to transfer me to someone who could help... and telling me she was going to transfer me, and wasn't transferring me. Such a waste of my time, and so frustrating. Time is money, and between check in and check out, I think it took around two hours... Unacceptable
