When I brought it to the attention of the company they told me that since I hadn't taken a picture there was nothing they could do. Well I called them 13 miles later with the address of where I was and the Google mileage and it was 15 minutes later and they're telling me I went 46 miles. I will never ever use this Outlet again

The only bad thing I have to say is the state of the lot out back where the trailers are kept. I was nervous driving my vehicle back there, it is not in good shape.

Emma BDrop off site did not check trailer in on time so uhaul tried to charge 5 days late fee. Some “manager” said he would refund late fees and didn’t. Never using this crappy company ever again for anything!!!
