Leatrice MMuch better experience speaking to local person regather than remote "neighborhood" uhaul lady who was rude and wanted my credit card info even when the vehicle I needed was not available. Local man was so nice took our redo without any problems. Smooth transaction.

Donna FOffer better trucks. The truck I had was the absolute worst truck I ever driven. The information on the sheet I signed was different from the truck. The representative was very nice. Mad at Uhaul for the worst ride ever.
Rachel S20foot truck had check engine light on. Whenever you pressed the accelerator, you’d hear the loud squeal of the engine. When fully loaded with tow/haul mode, truck would not go over 25mph causing major roadway hazards. Christian was amazing in accommodating our situation and very helpful with little questions and details.

Kyle WVans need to be cleaned before renting. Check to make sure lights are working. The tail lights didn’t work on the van I had. The doors did not lock when you got out. I had to walk around and manually lock 4 doors. 🤦🏽♀️

Lanette DI’ve used this particular location twice and I haven’t had any problems with them at all on anything. The manager is nice and friendly and he makes sure everything is done correctly before you go on your way.
