The time period for getting your info in the computer is way to long. Why isn't the person's info stored in the computer where they rent from and it takes forever to take a picture of your driver 's license. I know people's personal info changes at times. If you go on line to pre-register that is so complex. I hope you can get these issues in better working order and I think you will more happy customers.

This review IS NOT for the location but for UHAUL in general... First uhaul experience was rocky the 24/7 truck share was not set up right go to pickup at 7:00 and can't till 8:00. Which they refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. Then I sign the contract they pull the truck around and there is a gas leak. Had to drive to another location and they added 40 extra miles to my trip for that inconvenience. It still put me way behind and I had to end up buying locks to lock the truck up overnight instead of unpacking into the storage. I think there should have been better communication and the truck should have been inspected beforehand and customer compensation was okay the $50 for the reservation was amazing I was pleased but I would have rather gotten money back since I had to buy locks just to use one night verses 40 extra miles I didn't use. All in all first experience wasn't so great.

Only negative comment would be the "phone App" to turn in the vehicle would not work for me. I always have location active on my phone, and I tried 6 times to use the phone return and just kept getting " Unable to determine your current location.

Drivers side seat belt stuck several times, inside windshield was not clean, cab was overheating. Not sure where heat was coming from. The truck squeaked the whole time.

Pick up location was fine. Customer service was average. The truck though, worst piece of shit ever!!! I've driven U haul trucks through multiple states and for several thousand miles, I couldnt make a 20 mile trip in the truck i was rented. It broke down 3 times, then had to have a tech come look at it, after it sat in my yard for 2 days. Tech cleared the codes and advised the truck was fine to return, upon doing so, it broke down again. Hopefully U haul will be a little more stringent on their maintence of the trucks. Worst part is, customer service has done nothing or contacted me about reimbursement

The 6x12 trailer was breaking when the truck hit bumps in the road and continuously pulling back on the truck. Gas mileage dropped below 12 mpg when this same truck pulled the same size trailer with a heavier load on these same highways last year and avg 18 mpg.....fix your equipment please.

We needed to arrange a cross country trip; from KY to WA State. Our local, Fife, WA, Uhaul representative, Patty helped us make all of the arrangements. The experience was remarkably easy. Patty is the best!
