Paul DThe person I rented from was 2 hours late to my rental time. The company and address i was sent to was not the company that was on the building. After waiting in the parking lot for 40 mins i was asked to go to another address The truck was in a broke down bus depot. And after sitting there for another 30- 45 minutes some one showed up handed me a key and sent me on my was.

brenda jI can't tell you how I would rate this location their's was no street lights no security it was not lit AT All total DARK not what you call a good location at night it wasn't the location I wanted In the first place I paid more than what I was really wanting to the truck needed to be retired but it did the job the rental assistance needs to be better assistance it took me over 1 hour just to figure out how your system even worked I had to call many times and never got ahold of anyone I was about to go somewhere else but I needed to be out of where I was I'll use uhaul again but this time I'm not going to wait until midnight to pick up a truck that was crazy as hell I wasted a hole day and only had just a few hours to move midnight to 6am come on yall can do better than that when I booked the truck days in advance just to find out the person never put my request in I feel like I should get some of my money back I ended up staying up 24 hours and not even get to use the truck for 24 hours once again I can't say the location was a bright idea if someone has to pick up the truck at midnight this company makes enough money to get cheaper on gas vehicles and in better conditions so instead of giving you a bad rating I'll let this letter answer your question thank you very much for allowing me to rent your truck I'll be back but with better knowledge of how I want to use your company

Hannah WI ordered the Uhaul at another location and when we got there I was informed that I had to pick it up at this location. I signed up for contactless pick up and my time to pick up was 8:15. I wasn’t able to pick up the truck until 10:00 due to the employee having a doctors appointment. It was very unorganized and set me back a few hours on what I needed the truck for.
