The cab of the vehicle was quite dirty. I don't think it was Artic Auto's fault entirely as I understood the situation. The representative was very apologetic and tried as best he could to remedy. Very, very nice and helpful!Mark V.

The person who attended to me at Artic Air was pleasant and personable. My dissatisfaction was with the vehicle it self. The vehicle did not have a ramp, so it was very difficult for to get the appliances lifted on to the truck and my appliances were scratched in the process of the moving the items. I had ordered a hand truck and blankets when I signed up online; but none of those items were available at Artic Air at time of my pick up. I feel like I should be compensated for the damage to my products due to having to lift the so high to get them on and off the truck ad no moving blankets to cover the appliances.sharon M.

Terrible experience I rent uhaul all the time and my rep didn't have any trucks available so I had to go here and they tried to overcharge my card and then gave me the run-around would not fix it so I had to call uhaul regional office to get my money back. What a Hassel would not recommend this place for anything they will try as hard as they can to overcharge you and hope you do not notticeshane L.

One of the safety chains was missing the rubber strap that secures the hook for added safety. I feel these rubber pieces should be readily available at all locations or at least a centralized one (i.e. Auto Parts Store) for purchase/ pick-upUlysses R.

It appear someone went to a junk yard to pick out the truck we were provided, after beginning our travel, we were concerned whether the truck would breakdown. seems the transmission was very bad. An awefull experienceMYRIAN P.

Well considering my 6 year old found a bong in the glove box, I am beyond upset. My husband was driving and could have potentially gotten arrested and lost his job if would have been pulled over. Along with the garbage underneath the seats it is safe to say that this vehicle was NOT inspected or cleaned after the prior use.TRACIE B.
The person who assisted me in picking up my trailer used profanity like a second language. While he was pleasant enough and the profanity was not directed at me it was very disconcerting to have that type of language used at a place of business such as this with other customers in the waiting area.ALAN C.

Juan was phenomenal. I ended up with him by default because the location that I rented from ( pine island chevron) initially called and confirmed the truck and time. When we arrived and our hired packers were at our home , we were told they had no truck for us. We were sent across town to Article ( Juan) and he made it worth while. our move would have been a disaster had it not been for Him because we had to extend another day for the truck. The 1-800 number office gave the pick-up address, but we had to go to another location down the street for the transaction, and ball, then return to the first address for getting the ball installed, and paperwork to be completed. Surely this could be made more efficient. Time was an important item that day, we ended up much later than should have been a routine pick-up.DONALD M.

I waited over 30 minutes for the person at the front desk to process my check in for the truck. It actually took the person 30 minutes to enter data in the computer. I felt this was unacceptable because I had already done the express check in online, but it did not expedite the process. I ended up being late to my next appointment. I would never come back to this for future truck rentals.valerie K.

Give credit for extra miles when you change pickup location... I was told if it was a little over, because I had to drive 7 miles out of my way from my requested pickup, that they wouldn't charge me.... But sure enough I got charged for 3 miles over at drop off location, despite telling them pickup location said they wouldn't charge. Pickup location should have documented that for dropoff location.JERRY B.

I was very disappointed in the service that I received the truck was in horrible condition. It shook uncontrollably once the truck reached 40 mph. My biggest concern was when they over charged my credit card by adding more miles then I actually drove. After reviewing my contract, it stated that I dove 80 miles in the truck. I wrote the miles down before we started driving the truck and after we parked the truck to make sure that we were charged correctly. We only drove 30 miles and not 80 miles I contacted the company as soon as I saw the receipt that stated and extra charge of $65.00. If they over charged me how many other customers are they doing this too! They could not give me a reason why this happened. I will never use U-Haul again and sadly, this was my first time ever using U-Haul. You trust the company to do the right thing but instead they deceive the customers for monetary gain.CARNEZ W.
