Improve location of the key drop box. It's at the side of a building not in the front. It is also located on the opposite end of the U-Haul lot. When dropping off after hours the drop box is hidden and not in a well lit area. Also the location doesn't have a lot of lighting if fir after hours drop off .

This location seemed confused and disheveled. Lacking knowledge of the on-line process. There may have been systemic computer issues at the time, but I should have been able to drop the key with the service attendant and leave. Instead I was kept waiting for some issue that I had to find out myself by calling the 800 number. I chose the online process so I wouldn't have to deal with an excessive wait and frankly, incompetent service people, (this wait was over 30 minutes! before I made the call to the 800 number. He was still trying to figure it out when I went back in and told him that Uhaul would email him). Frustrating.

I have rented from this location in the past. When I was told I would have to pick up the trailer here again I was not happy. The process to rent the trailer is so slow I believe it took about 30-45 minutes to finish all the paper work. I've not had this issue elsewhere.

The location rented the uhaul from was great. They were helpful. The truck itself ran terribly and by the end of the trip it kept stalling, we had to wait, start it and drive some more until it stalled again. I had no way to call the roadside assistance so we got it to a different uhaul location to drop off and they said we had to call customer service to clear up the issue. By the time I got back home and called I had already been charged 355$ for a wrong destination fee!! For a truck that barely ran. I still haven't heard back from customer service in regards to the customer action file and it's been well over the three days. Very disappointed!!

Uhaul's online system is truly horrible. This is the second time I've had to redo my entire order when ordering a uhaul truck or in this case, trailer. Then, even though we took a significant amount of time to do the express checkout in advance, the team at Area Cycle still had to click through numerous screens and reenter information we had already provided in the original reservation. We do not trust the Uhaul website.

Old man was rude and argumentative and swore at me. If I hadn't needed the truck I would have left. He also changed everything on my order so that it came out more than what the agent that changed my reservation was for. Also the truck had a headlight out. He also tried telling me the tuck had 3/8 tank of gas when it was much closer to 5/16 and when I wouldn't sign till he changed it then he was rude and swore several times. For this reason alone I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone.

We had done the online reservation so that pickup would be quicker but the owner said he could not find it on his computer. It took a very long time for him to get everything in...having to start over multiple times. Old computer system and even older owners....

Columbus day. The owner of the location took it upon himself to insure that I was able to pick up a car hauler that day. He spent well over 6 hours working on the hitch of my Jeep. Using all manner of tools and working so very hard that I was tired just watching him. Eventually it was determined that the existing hitch was beyond repair. I found a new hitch at a local specialty shop and drove to get it. Ken, the owner, then proceded to install the hitch. There were of course problems. He and his staff were there installing the new hitch (not purchased at thier shop) until 1 1/2 hours after their shop had closed. Did I mention it was a holiday? I have not seen such quality service in DECADES. I kept looking around for Andy Griffith to pull up and ask "how y'all doin'?" These folks actually cared about my situation and solved the probkem. After all was said and done, Ken charged me fot a standard hitch installation. No holiday surcharge orhourly shop rates or service fee for installing parts bought elsewhere, just a standard installation fee for over 6 hours of hard work. I am amazed that an old school, locally owned and operated business survives in todays greed driven economy. Ken, thank you. U-haul, take good care of Ken. To everyone reading this, Kens' shop doubles as a motorcycle shop. If you own a motorcycle, these are the guys to trust. He even had the shop manual for my 1982 Honda Silverwing in stock. 10 stars.

This vehicle drove terrible! It sounded like there was a tennis ball in one of the wheels which made it extremely loud and bumpy the entire drive. Very disappointing!!

Was charged for gas when I filled it to what i believed was the same as pick up location. Picked up at 11/16 returned at 9/16. Considering the guage does not have actual "marks" it was pretty close. Not sure why they are not completely filled at picked up so there is no confusion or estimation at drop off. What's worse is the drop off location did not tell me he was charging me after him and i disagreed about amount of gas in truck. I would have thought there should have been something I signed. Didn't find out until I looked at online banking.
