william tomsWas overcharged milage. The starting milage on the bill was different than the starting reading in the truck, Pointed that out to the sale person but he still charged me for the milage that waws not mine.
Michel DoucetThe truck's heater wasn't working ad the windshield was frozen. I had to take a 10 ft truck instead of a 15 which made my moving difficult.

Emilio SanchezI originally ordered a truck Friday after hours and couldn't complete my online pick up. I was extremely frustrated. A service agent did rebook me for Sunday morning but unfortunately at a further location tha I originally wanted (2 locations on the same street). So not only did I not get the truck at my preferred time, but because of the longer distance, it cost me more for my rental overall. I'm not satisfied with this experience
PATRICK SIMONEAUI’m not pleased with my experience with U-Haul. Yes it got the job done but it should not have taken me a whole hour to get the actual vehicle. The app crashed twice and when trying to submit the picture of the license the customer service representative was not helpful at all. It all became very frustrating. Your system needs to be quicker and more efficient…people have places to be.
Joshua GlazerThis was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with any rental in my life!!!! The van I rented was FILTHY and had brakes that didn't work properly!! I filed my complaint and was supposed to hear from a manager to discuss a discount ans never heard from anyone and now you guys automatically charged my card for the FULL amount without notifying me!!! I will be taking this matter all the way to top management and will be demanding a FULL refund!!!
amber deenThe mobile app didn’t work properly. The equipment add ons were not in the truck, they were in the convenience store. It was very confusing and took 40 minutes to get the truck picked up.

BROU ARMAND ACHYI requested to pick up my truck at 7am and it was approved. However, the store did not open until 8am so I had to wait and they didn’t even give me and extra hour to compensate. If you are going to approve a truck pick up at 7am, then I should be allowed to pick it up at 7.

SANDEEP CHEGURIThe brakes were starting to stutter a bit when applied. It may be time to have them checked. There were no problems stopping, just that feeling that they need to likely be turned or maintained.
Eric StroudMostly everything was fine. The man that served me seemed annoyed with me from the get go, (he commented on my showing up at 8:10 for my 8:30 rental) but especially when I returned the rental. He didn’t seem to appreciate where I parked it, (about 10 feet from where I picked it up.) I said the original spot was not available and he said, it looks like there were lots over here condescendingly. Otherwise the van worked fine and other than someone’s milkshake spill all over the cup holders it was clean and fine.

Ahmed PetangUhaul needs to make a lot to improve. Really bad customer service, the cargo van i rented was super wet, when o tried cheking what can be done the answer was take it or leave it. One of the wipers was torn off, the customer service advised that he can call roadside support, but can’t give me a timeframe. Van was shaking each time i brake, thus i did not feel safe. Therefore i won’t recommend uhaul to anyone!
Marc NahasI sent pictures that there were Doritos everywhere when I picked up the truck and I ended up getting charged for the cleaning fee anyways. Why bother with online check in abilities if you don’t honour the pictures sent in. Thanks a lot.

Dony dominicoI was in a hurry when I picked up the van. The manager was quite pleasant and helpful, told me to take a picture of the odometer, which I did. What I didn't take a picture of was the fuel gauge the needle was on high side of the bubble 0. Never realized how important it was until I filled up that even after driving 100 kms, it cost $43 to fill, yes, the need goes well below the bubble 0. I figure I paid $10-15 more for that fill-up than if the vehicle had been filled properly when picked up...sneaky and costly. $129.00 plus $43 for gas, expensive rental...I will think twice about this in the future, you only catch me once!!
