Rebecca PThe fan on the heater was not working so it took about 45 minutes for it to warm up. Very cold day. The vehicle was dirty on the outside, the gas was only filled half way between the 1/4-1/2 tank, the side mirrors were manual so took several tries getting in and out of the van to adjust. There was a warning light that was on stating the left rear tire needed to be filled with air. I had to put air in twice to get the warning light to go off. This was very inconvenient. I called right away but it took 45 minutes to get a live person to report to. Then there was nothing done.
TERRI LLess than a quarter tank of gas. Other than that it was good. The lady that checked is in was friendly and we really enjoyed her.
John OThe low tire pressure indicator was on when I picked it up. The van was clean inside but the exterior needed washing.

ROBERT TI reserved a 17’ truck and there was only a 15’ truck when I went to pick up. This severely impacted my move. The representative had zero concern and was very rude. When I returned the truck, the new representative on shift commented very unprofessionally about my pickup.
MINDY AArm Guard Self Storage is our go to first for our UHaul needs. The staff is always friendly and we love the cat.

Michael LI wish I had known in advance about the possibility of an after hours return. Since they close at 5pm, I assumed that would be the latest I would be able to return the truck. I called from the road and found out about the possibility, which helped a lot. I paid in advance for 10 blankets. I received 6 from the person at the location and there were 6 in the vehicle. My invoice reflects a rental of 3 x 6 blankets. The amount is not significant, but it is a discrepancy. It is too much trouble to go back and "complain," but it would be nice if the website (rent 10 blankets) and the packing sizes that are available (packs of 6) would coincide and then the charges reflect the correct amounts. Joel RI was charged for using the dolly. I had my own dolly. The clasp on the dolly was broken and didn't notice it til mid day. Of course there is no way to prove that I did not use the dolly so I just paid the 7 bucks. I should have inspected the inside of the truck before driving off the lot. Partially my fault, but it would be nice to have the clasps replaced prior to the next customer's use.

Jose JUse this one instead of the one at Puyallup Mini Storage. I almost did not get a truck. I had a reservation and when I went to pick it up at 4:30 she said it wasn't due back until 4:45 so they pushed my reservations back to 5:30. We got there at 5:40 when we were told that the other customer was not bringing it back that day and they had no other trucks. We had to try to get to this location before they closed in rush hour traffic. Luckily the nice young lady at this location waited a few minutes for us. And was very pleasant !
