Was charged an extra $33 and given no explanation other than "I can't access the charges. Call the 1-800 number." Ridiculous.

I have used several U-Haul locations locally. This is the best I have experienced. I would recommend this location over any others in the area.

The person I worked with was super friendly and helpful. I was involved with a stressful personal situation with a fluid timeline. He worked with me to provide the most flexibility to my schedule. When I arrived he explained everything and worked to insure I was comfortable with the rental. I have an excellent experience and would definitely recommend and do business with this location again.

This was supposed to have been a direct pick up facilitated by the dealer. No one, including the dealer who I'd spoken to that week, indicated that this was something I needed to bring my smart phone to. I didn't learn that I could access the vehicle - which I'd paid for in advance on line - without him being there - so I called and called and waiter and waited - very frustrating.

By far the worse experience! We spent 16 hours on the road 2 hours which was broken down. After calling U-Haul they said it would be a 3 hour wait for roadside to assist us. The truck was completely empty on anti-freeze, the exhaust manifold fell completely apart. After unloading our things we had a 45 minute drop off location and every light in the dash was on. They said we could take the truck to a local location and WAIT while they fix it. Then WE could take it to the drop off location. By far the worst customer service and piece of garbage trucks, never again!

Make sure the customer understands that the u-haul trucks are rear wheel drive. Make sure the door in the back of the truck is not frozen shut.

Arnold's was fantastic however the way uhaul does business is unbelievable. We were notified on Saturday that the truck size we needed was not available and a much smaller truck was all that was in our area. I offered to drive anywhere to get one since everything is lined up... plane tickets... people to help load... work schedules etc. Uhaul didn't really care. Seems as though this is normal practice. We couldn't fit everything into the smaller truck and did have to rent a storage unit for the rest of our items. Now we have to go back and rent another truck at another time. What you can do to improve for the next customer is supply the product that was ordered at the time it was ordered for. Pretty simple. If you can't ... don't wait until the last minute to notify them. I tried to call corporate to talk to anyone but you put my call on ignore. Very disappointed! All I wanted was what I asked for three weeks before my move. Now I am out the price of the tickets to fly back to get the rest of my stuff, the storage unit I had to rent, the next truck and gas, my paid time off to go get it...

the place was closed when I went for drop off, hours were placed in obscure location sign on the door said to knock on the garage door.
