Disappointed that we had to go out of town to rent. The facility manager was awesome! I would recommend this location to anyone living in that area.

We didn't realize the facility closed at 4 p.m. So we just dropped the truck off. We had no contact with anyone. We were there at 4:10 p.m.

Locations were not my issue. Basic scheduling and logistics were the problem. My move, my contract, my credit card, because I listed a primary driver other than myself, I could not speak to anyone about my concerns it was no longer my contract. So if I wanted to move, I had to take what I was scheduled and deal. Also uhaul is cheaper initially so you book it, the insurance and other charges make it the same price as everyone else.

The dolly secure was missing a nut and had it been secured we would have had to move it to load the van with our own dolly. Please consider moving that whole thing to parallel with the sides of the van so if someone has their own dolly, they can use it freely.

Have another employee outside helping you find the right truck. We started out looking for a 20' truck and he just pointed out the window to show us a line up of two trucks right in front of each other but we misunderstood and ended up looking at the 26' trucks and couldn't get the keys to work before we realized there was another row of smaller trucks that had our truck in it.

The online process was a bit difficult. Perhaps initiating some of the process as a confirmation prior to onsite, could be more user-friendly.

limited pick up hours .3 hrs on a saturday and you dont open til 9am. . the online check in beforehand is a joke..they ask all the same questions you already answered. they have a line of 12 people waiting to pick up their truck and 1 person to check everyone in.took way too long.espcially when you reserved it 5 months in advance and they didnt have all the packing blankets i reserved 5 months ago. i got pile of 4 blankets off the floor and got charged for 12 even the guy said he wouldnt charge me for them... This is a BAD U haul location .will never use it again ever.

First off I am extremely disappointed in my experience with your company After I told the salesperson (Uhaul corporate )on the phone what I needed she gave me a price. We got disconnected before setting the appointment. I called back and got another sales person , again I told them all that I needed and she told me the price dropped. I was happy thinking I got a good deal. Got a call back from the pickup location on time and date for the truck and equipment I show up at the location 5 mins earlier than my appointment and the location is closed. I called location and went to voice mail. I waited 35 mins before anyone came to check me in. Never got an apology for waiting and then I find out that the discounted rate I got over the phone the second time I called was not true and paid the original price. To top it all off , obviously they can not count, because I was missing 6 furniture pads when I arrived at the drop off location and was charge for them I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES EVER AGAIN

People were nice enough but equipment had no jack so you have to pick up off the ground and for someone by themselves it was impossible and even a grown man barely got it. Web sight led me to believe someone would be there when I dropped off and although it was closed made it sound as if 245 was the latest return possible. Not sure why it matters if no is there to check you in or help getting it back off hitch.

There were multiple things that caused delays in my move. Nine if which were due to uhaul or this location. Everyone I spoke with was accommodating and understanding. I did have a problem with my original request of time and place being change automatically from a Saturday in one town to a Friday in another. After many calls this got remedied though and all was good. I have always used uhaul and will continue to as the need arises

I requested an 8:00 am pickup at my closest location and booked it over the phone. Never received any confirmation email nor had any access to an order number. Called the day before to confirm my reservation since I had not heard anything and was told my pickup time was 9:00 at a different location so luckily I called. Arrived at 9:00 and did not have access to my trailer until 10:00 due to long lines and only one person working there. Also was assured over the phone my location would be open until 4:00; however, when we returned the trailer at 2:00, the store had been closed. Also, upon pickup, the trailer was parked in a very difficult place for a large pickup to pull it out and turn it around due to nearby parked cars for a neighboring business. I would never recommend using this location.

I was using a trailer. The first one I picked up we got to our first location and opened it up and it was full of furniture so we had to take it back and get another one. I was glad it wasn't very far. Even the next one we got wasn't sweeped out. I came to the conclusion that the trailers are not checked upon return. The office staff was VERY nice though.

all was well... however, we wanted to return after closing but we had rented blankets and leaving the truck there would have left the blankets unsecured (no lock on door). we did not want to take any chances on blankets or dolly being taken.

The man working this location had an awful attitude and disposition. He was rude when I arrived after my reservation time to pick up and told me I should have been there at 10 am, that's why the reservation asked for a time. His demeanor suggested that myself and other customers were bothering him. My bank card initially wouldn't go through (I called the bank and sat on the phone with them while it did go through, there was no block on my account, it was the system) and he told me he didn't really have time for this, I needed to come back when I had my payment figured out. The store was cluttered and unkempt. The trucks were packed in and difficult to pull out. The overall hassle and displeasure of dealing with the associate at the store would cause me to not return to this location or recommend it, even if it meant driving further.

The paperwork said the tank was full, the lady wouldn't come out of the office since they were about to close to walk around the truck and check the same. I traveled 12 miles that day and had to pay 23 dollars in gas to fill it to fill. I took pictures of the tank gauge, mileage and had my gas receipt and they would not reimburse me for the extra charge. Worst experience and poor customer service

Make sure the windows are clean of all "bug juice". Also I was required to return filled to 3/4 of a tank, when I picked it up it only had 1/2 a tank barely.

Neil was unprofessional and condescending. The parking is terrible, after driving halfway across the country, sweeping out the cabin and cargo hold, you would assume a receipt or something for drop off would be issued but all we received was Neil's attitude. We will not be using this location again. I don't need smoke blown up my rear, but a basic level of customer service and professionalism was expected.

There is no way I used that many miles and I put back in where gas was and they still charged me for gas. Had to wait 35 min to get it the place was totally understaffed.

Neil was very nice and responds to emails quickly/professionally. He even let us move in after he had already closed for the day. The u-haul website however did NOT have the correct prices.
