Hello I did make reservation beforehand. System was down I was told took an hour to finish and get the truck. Then I reserved blankets did not have any I would have drive further away to get them so I op out of the.blanket just moved.for Anaheim to san luis that u.haul was great. So the in town move out of uhaul storage not so great. The uhaul storage great place on 32nd street yuma tammy and Kevin good job. Great help Thank you

I did the online check in and check out and the lady behind the desk refused that and wouldn’t give me the key or take the key without me filling out the old paperwork and doing it the old way. Complete waste of time. She was very technologically challenged.

All good, the staff had some issues with the online system, had to call help desk for support.

.had to drive 10 miles to drop off truck then changed for mileage over distance/ same as drive to drop off / mad because.of no air all the whole way from San Diego

staff was responsible for C-store and Uhaul franchise. She was not able to handle both. she had inadequate training for Uhaul checkin. the big truck needed to go back to the 4th avenue main store.

Train the people how to use the computerized check-in and check-out system. This was the most frustrating UHaul experience I have every had. I would never consider renting from this location again.

to start with, this location is run out of a convenience store. The woman working was totally clueless about the rental process. She was confused about the process, and we had to start over because she never got logged into the rental program. It took between 30 - 45 minutes to get the truck and it was the only one they had. I had to pick up this truck in Yuma as it wasn't available at the location I rented it from 70 miles away.

Someone needs to train the people so that things can run smoothly. I pre checked In and there was no reason for it to be as difficult as it was. It is unfortunate because the associate did not know what she was doing and that is not necessarily her fault. Please train your associates.
