Massively overcharged for the u-haul. They did not process a refund or adjust any of my pricing. I was literally charged for an in town trip and a one way trip given miss information from the location regional manager and the 1800 usual number not able to make any changes or book online with my Account was charged over $600 dollars not refunded. My in town location was not. Switched to one way. Was was over charged in the rate of $600REGINA R.

The location was great, however the â€œ$50 reservation guaranteeâ€ not so much.. I couldn't get my uhaul on time due to the system being down, couldn't check in with my phone and the location couldn't get in either, no fault of their own. When I called uhaul to discuss what they were going to do for me per their â€œguarantee â€œ now that I had gotten a ride there and now needed a ride home since I couldn't get my equipment and all they said was that I could go get it now, 30 mins later just as we had returned I had to ask for a ride back. There was really no solution offered on customer services end for my inconvenience which kinda sucked but it is what it is I guess.Kendra R.

Previous person who rented smokes in the vehicle as it smelled of smoke and there was cigarette ash throughout the interior. Truck was also dirty as there was trash inside the vehicle as well. Truck needs to be thoroughly cleaned and smoke smell needs to be gone.Matthew S.

Trucks werent secure this caused problems later. Place was hard to get into and out of with the one way turns to the street and how busy the area is. Employee was not much help when I discovered a problem. He just told me it was ok. Finding out later the problem could have cost me my life. It took quite abit of time to check the truck out. Unlike other u-haul places during covid it was not easy. I have rented uhauls alot and on a scale of 1-10 and ten being best uhaul place this rates 1 for worst uhaul place to get truck from.Karen S.

I preregistered online & gave all necessary information to "speed up the process" but the rental clerk at pickup site said he couldn't find my reso, then he didn't know anything about the call I received from U-haul saying the location didn't have a 10' trk & was upgrading me to a 15'. He charged me for a 15' trk & said "they'll figure it out when I returned it". But "they" didn't & I was charged for a 15' trk. The online reso & equipment worked fine but the people at the pickup & return sites were less so.Keith T.

Compared to the last experience I had from Uhaul (employee rear ended the truck I was turning in while I was attempting to get out and said "my bad" and walked away) I'd say that this was light-years better than that. Poor customer service at this location. Slow to help me out, they prioritized the stores customers over the UHAUL customers, as well as did not point me in the correct direction to find the correct truck so I had to walk around the parking lot trying to find the correct truck. This location also closes very early, 2:30pm I believe, which makes you have to do your own check in which includes taking multiple pictures and inputting all of your own information. It is much more convenient to be able to just drop the keys off and go about my day. I have never had issues like this at any other UHAUL location.Joseph R.
I rented a pickup for about six hours of use. The car had only 1/4 tank of gas and the cab needed to be wiped down as it was not clean. The outside of the pickup also had dried dirt on the tires and wheel wells, as well as dried mud splatter on the sides.James N.

The truck had been unlocked, front and back, with the drivers window left down. The back of the truck had been used as a restroom. The feces was splattered down the wall and the toilet paper was still laying there. INEXCUSABLE! Since the window was left down drivers seat was like the kiddie pool. The door pull was completely filled with water. I did an external inspection with pictures, but the battery went dead before I got pictures in the back. I had paid movers through your link, waiting, or I'd of gone somewhere else for the truck! So I had no choice but to used this foul, truck with bio hazards/human waste to move my nice things. When I returned the truck was told "We have a huge homeless problem." Told them, not my problem. If they know it's an issue lock them up! Contact PNW movers if you want verification of the condition of the vehicle. PS link didn't work to view my statement. I completely expect to be refunded 100%Teresa S.

My first reservation which was placed on line with Dupont Pharmacy was abruptly cancelled by a pharmacist that day. It through a monkey wrench in my moving plans. This vendor in Dupont must NOT be allowed to provide U Haul services in my city of Dupont. He does not know U Haul online business practices. He is unprofessional and needs to be reported to the BBB. Facility was in a gas/convenience store. That's no problem except they had only one guy running the place. He had to run back and forth while renting the van and ringing up customer sales, and it didn't seem like he was well trained on rentals. FWIW he blamed it on the slow computer. It took a half hour to pick up the rental and we were the only ones renting. On return there was also one woman operating the entire facility. She was unable to process the return so I had to leave a bunch of info and she said they'd call me the next morning. I wasn't very happy because I wanted the van checked out just in case something happened to it overnight. I didn't want responsibility for that. She said she'd walk around and look at it later. Not confidence inspiring in the least. The next day I received no call from them, but late in the afternoon I received the final receipt via email. So it all worked out but the experience was not exactly confidence inspiring. The van was a Chevy Cargo Van with 10k miles on it. The steering felt like it was connected to the front wheels by a rubber band and it wandered all over the road. Not sure if the bad steering was specific to this van, or to this model van, or to vans in general but it was pretty crappy. I'd never buy one of these for sure but it did get the job done in relative comfort and for that I am grateful. I never received so it took quite a while to process the paperworkKen S.
