Cory FWas told uhaul rental is fairly new for this location. The gentleman was knowledgeable on the rental paperwork, but did not know how to do the chains on the trailer. Luckily we knew how, and got on the road. Would rent from here again.

Lorna WI was promised a truck/trailer at the Gardnerville, NV location, after being told that my reservation at the Carson City location could not accommodate my reservation. When I got to Gardnerville to pick up the truck and trailer that I was promised, from a phone call the night before, there was no trailer. I had to drive an extra 70 miles with the uhaul truck (8 gallons of gas) to return to gardnerville to pick up my vehicle, after acquiring the auto transport from another location. This is not the fault of the rental location, this is the fault of the U-Haul company.
