Make your websites show rentals with taxes included. So payments will go smoother. Or allow sites easier to allow for 3rd party locations to accept cash or more than 2 credit cards if needed. So it will not take 5 hours to get a reserved rental.ROBERT C.

The place had closed at 5:00 pm around when I had arrived. The lady was nice enough to check the truck in anyways even though they were closed.Robin P.
My reservation was change to multiple different locations. I was given an incorrect price quote for the truck pick up over the phone. You did not have the appropriate size truck for a single trip. Also I had requested a one way move and some how ended up in a round trip contract which required me to do the same drive not only twice because of the truck size but a 3rd time to drop the truck off. I truly feel that having an option to assist customers who are planning a one way trip can have peace of mind in knowing that they can return their truck at the closest Uhaul facility without being charged an extensive fee would benefit your customers. As for the cashier who assisted me with the rental she was very friendly professional and helpful, but she to was surprised that the contract I had required me to return to her site seeing as how it was suppose to be a one way move out of kern county and into Los Angles county. I am sorry to say that my previous experiences with this company have been outstanding and that following this experience I will not be using Uhaul services in the futureSARA O.

The palmdale u-haul reps and the agents i spock to over the phone on the pick-up day & days prior, I'm very unhappy with them and the way i was treated. They gave my truck away while i was In route to the location in Palmdale to pick-up the truck i reserved over a wk prior. Stating that they called my phone 3 times. Yes they did call but i was driving to there location its against tje law to talk on the ph while driving so i don't answer my ph while driving, the man i spoke to said i was 3hrs late but i was 40 mins. Late not 3 hrs. I even had live chat conversation with U-Haul representatives to make sure the truck would be available when i needed it and at a location near me. This was a Horrible experience and I don't know if I'll ever use U- Haul again because of how disrespectful i was treated. I spent alot of money with your company and should have had a smooth transaction and not had to drive 26.5 miles away to pick-up the truck when i had one reserved 8 miles from my house.CONNIE L.

Agent at the pickup location discovered error in the Reservation that took 30 minutes extra time. Reservation showed two (2) destinations. Reservation showed incorrect destination Massachusetts. Reservation also showed correct destination Bakersfield California. Error was not correctable by Agent so it was cancelled. New Reservation was required. Extra time to find error, cancel Reservation and create new Reservation took about 30 extra minutes.Marlon F.

The place I originally reserved my truck was down the street from where I was living. Apparently someone stole the truck then they said my reservation had been canceled witch I never canceled. Finding all this out on my moving date was very stressful plus I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick up my truck then back track wasted time I didn't have. At least the lady at the Rosamond location was nice and gave great customer service. Very frustrated and disappointed in my experience as a whole.Marjorie J.

I returned the truck with well over the 7/8 of fuel required, the tank was nearly full. However the fuel gauge took some time to give a correct reading, so now I am being charged since the reading taken by the staff was much lower than how it was actually returned. My overall experience with U-Haul was terrible. I made my reservation a week in advance, and my pickup was still managed to be extremely inconvenient. My original pickup location did not have the truck I reserved so they sent me to another location. Once I arrived to that location, they once again, did not have the truck I originally reserved. They finally sent me to another location which was miles away, but I desperately needed the truck so I agreed to drive farther for the truck. I was promised a discount but once I was charged and took a look at the receipt, there was no discount applied and I paid what I was originally going to pay anyways.
