I love it good service

Yolanda WRequest customers to return the truck with a full tank of gas. I should not have to go to the gas station immediately after pickup because I am not able to get to my location. Make sure the truck is properly maintained. I was afraid I would not make it one hour to my location because of the engine noise. The inside was dirty. I had to sweep it out.

David KMake sure the trucks and/or vans are clean after they are returned before renting them out to the next customer(s). With Bed Bugs on the rise again, it's important to protect your company and your customers.
Rosemary BIt took an hour for pick up. I rented the truck for my move but because my son who is out of town was driving they assumed he was renting the vehicle and made us go through extra hoops to get the vehicle. I had to redo the whole rental. Took away an hour of my rental time.

Gary TTrailer I had reserved had a flat tire and was told it would be an hour before someone could change it. So I put air in it with my compressor, drove to the shop where they changed the tire immediately. Not a big deal but I was late for my appointment and it just made the whole day go backwards.
Kyle DI rent U-Hauls a lot but the only complaint I have is that I was told with the U-Haul van I would be charged .69 a mile and if I went over a 100 miles the rate would be .49 a mile. Now they’re telling me that’s not true.
adrienne hFor the 24/7 pick up/drop off, I think it would be better to with a person vs. texting back and forth when no on-site representative is available.

Lucila VWas VERY disappointed that I did not receive a refund for the 18 unused pads not used and still in the plastic bags. I will likely do more research next time since the cost was so high and I feel a refund was owed.

Kimberly Mmy only complaint would be the website indicated if I filled all of this information out online check in would be super fast. When I got there I had to resubmit all the information and that made me feel like it was a waste on the website. I was also extremely uneasy that I had to submit to a scan of my driver's license done on the person's personal cell phone. There was no communication that this would be immediately removed or encrypted or anything. Having had to deal with identity theft this was extremely anxiety inducing for me personally. Other than that it was a great experience. Vehicle performed well, let me get my mother in law shuffled around in an easy fashion and return was smooth.

Sandra FJohn was great! We had a bad experience with a different location so we switched last minute. John was waiting in the parking lot when we arrived. He helped download our car and was so nice! We really needed that after a long 18-hour drive. If I need another U-Haul I will be renting from this location for sure!
Jenise HHad an issue finding the key drop box for after hour return. Barely saw it after leaving the parking lot between 2 trailers a good distance away from the office building. This location would benefit from extra high visible signage directing you to where this drop box is and where to park vehicles being turned in.

Her smile and attitude so refreshing . Many Employee’s in todays world are so unconcern about their job , they often forget we the costumers are the reason they have a job. Doralo HNothing. He was very friendly, down to earth, professional, and thorough. He was one of few great customer service experiences. I would definitely use this location again. The woman that I spoke to on the phone before coming to the location was also wonderful. We need more workers like them in the world who are there to work instead of acting like a customer is bothering them by asking them to do their job.
tracy aI couldn't find anything you could do that would improve this location. Maybe lower the price of the units just a little.

John FI was in Domestic violence relationship. I had reserved my U-Haul. They lost the reservation. It was wrong In the computer. Then they said I rent it do to my REFERENCE having a bill there. Who needs two references foe a rental. I spent a hour there and twenty minutes trying to find the door to get in. Literally almost had a nervous breakdown due to that. I would never. Ever. Never. Ever rent from y’all again. Ever. Never.
Christnia CVery difficult to find the key storage place, the dolly I ordered wasn’t in the truck, app was very slow and complicated for starting renting.

Diane HThe employee who helped us with truck made it a very smooth transition, he explained everything in detail and provided a video as well. On the day we were leaving he was even generous enough to check my car loaded on the vehicle trailer, he fixed it and made it a smooth stress free drive I truly appreciate him and my friend and I owe that wonderful man lunch. For the truck, with everything going on out there I believe it could’ve been wiped down better. The seatbelts reeked of sweat and body Odor and the seats were dirty. My friend and I took the time to wipe it down and document the aftermath of the truck once we wiped it. It was unsanitary to say at the least and there were pieces of food on the floor and dried drink spills in the cup holders. I am fully ready to provide the pictures I’d took after cleaning it.
