The only complaint I have is that the truck shifts really hard the RPM goes up to 4000 and the check engine light is on.

Amanda J.I did not go into the location as it was closed. However, my experiance with the app to turn in the truck was horrible. I had to call customer service to help me and they did not know what they was doing it took me over an hour just to get the app to work and then it did not allow me to upload the picture. Please do better with the app and the knowledge of the customer service. I did not have an hour to waste trying to turn in something I paid money to rent. Also, it is not my job to do that. I will not use Uhaul again. My experience with the Alexandria location was horrible also. I called to rent a truck and was quoted one price and when I got to the location it was totally different. The only explanation they gave was that the call center messed up. I do believe that I was overcharged for the rental by the clerk at the Alexandria branch. Horrible experience at the Alexandria location and Horrible experience turning in at the Jennings location. The Biloxi location was the best.

Tamara D.Assure that the truck reserved is not blocked in by other vehicles. Luckily, I had an agent on the phone (after holding for 20 minutes), about another reservation issue, who was able to give me the correct code to unlock the truck that was blocking me in. The coded lock on the rear door of the truck was difficult to unlock.
Christopher A.Customer service and roadside assistance could not help at all. We got 10 miles maybe from the pick up location and the dolly straps weren't working properly and we had a flat tire. I called roadside assistance and they told me I needed to call a towing company. All in all, I'm just gonna be honest. I will absolutely go to you guys competitor next time.

Edmund B.Equipment and pickup location required adding 100 miles to get the truck after reserving a truck weeks ahead of time. Horrible service. Remote pick up took forever in 100 degree weather in a weed infested lot.

Marcie N.I have used Uhaul 3 times in the past 2 years to move out of state & this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. First, I reserved the uhaul almost a week in advance. Someone was supposed to call me by Saturday at 6PM to confirm. I never received the phone call. I tried reaching out to customer service Saturday & was on hold for 45 minutes, transferred several times, & then hung up on before I could speak to anyone. Second, I get to the first pick up location on Sunday to get the uhaul & trailer, the place is closed. I was supposed to pick up the uhaul at 10AM, was on the phone with 4 different people & no one could really assist me. I have two small children & we needed to be out of our house by a certain time on Sunday; which we couldn't be & we ended up having to pay our landlord additional money for not being out. I finally received a call around 12PM & he told me he could reserve the truck & trailer for me to do an after hours pick up but, it was at two different locations. Which at that point, I had to do what I had to do because, we were supposed to be on the road by 2PM. Thirdly, I get to the pick up location for the truck & the trucks are blocked in by another truck. Finally find the truck that's reserved for me, get in & it's on E; 0 miles. I had to use a gallon jug to go get gas & pour it in the truck before I could ever leave the parking lot. I also, had to drive from Jennings to Lafayette to get the trailer. That was an extra gas expense that I wasn't prepared for. So, a trip that was only supposed to cost me around $130 in gas ended up costing me $200. The truck was disgusting & smelled like an ashtray. There was dirt & dried mud everywhere inside. I had to sweep the back out before I could even load our belongings. I definitely would not recommend!
Maygan B.Two weekends in a row I was diverted to almost 50 miles from the original location the rental scheduled to be picked up. This imposed an additional 1.5 hours and more miles. Niort all equipment was provided which had been reserved.

Joe D.There was nobody there to speak to. It wasn't in a great area of town We had to sit there for 1 1/2 hours due to internet problems. We called the customer service line and we're put on hold for 45 minutes. I think anyone calling the line with a reservation pick up problem should be placed on another line to be tended to sooner. It was absolutely ridiculous!! We drove from another state to be on time and we got screwed!! No customer service!! Customers don't matter to this company!! It's all about U-haul making money!! We should've gotten a discount.
Rudolph M.Allow pickups to be handled via phone call if necessary. We spent an hour and a half trying to go through the pickup process and chatting with 5-6 different agents on the website live chat with unresponsive service/internet access. A phone call could have made it go much smoother.
Devin P.A Jennings pickup and drop-off was requested for both rentals in one week. Received a text saying there was nothing available. Had to pick up in Gaudian for the first and Lake Charles first the second. Returned the second rental to the Jennings location and 5 trucks (2 being the size I requested) just sitting on the lot. Having to go out of town for both rentals was costly and time consuming. I felt taken advantage of and misled because i was made to pay more due to the company telling me there was no rentals available in the location available, then leaving this was not true.

MIRANDA G.While I was at the drop off location on time. Due to the personnel having trouble with the software for someone in front of me it took them a long time to get that person checked in. Then someone came in after me who wanted to make a payment. They said it wouldn't take long to take care of that person, which it didn't, however then they checked me in LATE and I was charged an extra day. I have been refunded for that but I had to chat with the main UHaul office to get that straightened out.
john C.I could not return truck due to a hurricane. I protected the truck by putting it in a building during storm. When the roads were opened I returned the truck only to be charged for extra days. Very poor decision....
