This was not a U-Haul location. I was not told it was a convenience store. NO U-Haul signage, no U-haul equipment on site. Took numerous phone calls to the U-Haul 800 number to find out where to drop the truck off. Lady at the store took the contract and the key and said "You're good", and walked away. I did not have the opportunity to tell her that the engine light had come the day before. I had tried to call the listed phone number for two days and received nothing but a busy signal. Horrible customer service after such a great start from the staff at the White Mountain location.

THERESA MTurned vehicle in with a full tank. Next day shows down to 5/8 tank. Extra 50 miles on it. Charged me for the gas. Thieves. 'U' people do not seem trustworthy.
John SIt took a while to get registered not an easy process. The rental truck smelled like cigarettes. But it functioned well. Make registering for truck easier. Have a cleaner truck that doesn't smell like cigarettes.
Elena LIssues picking up truck uhaul did not inform place we were picking up there reserved online and they changed it to that location took 30 mins to get truck..given truck at 3/4 tank took picture was then charged 40.00 for gas after filling it up to where we were given it at..lady was not trained so when we returned she could not do anything or give us a final charge and run card.
TASHA PI reserved the vehicle online to pick up at 8 AM. When I arrived the individual had no idea how to complete the reservation and asked me to come back at 9 AM. I returned at 9 AM and the “manager“ told me that she wasn’t able to do that and asked that I provide her with a copy of my drivers license on my credit card. Which I immediately refused to do. When I returned the truck the individual didn’t have time to process the reservation leaving me concerned that I would be overcharged. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Dawn HThe cashier at the time seemed to not be familiar with the online process. They tried to make me fill out the paperwork even though i had stated and showed the online registration. The parking spot to get the uhaul out is a bit awkward but i understand that its a small area so there’s nothing that can really change but parking next to the drive thru is difficult with a uhaul truck

Debra RThis is a corner store that sells cigarettes, beer, and drive thru tacos. They also have 'a' uhaul truck and really Salty afternoon cashier. Will never go back.
PAUL SHelp estimate the right mileage instead of over charging at drop-off. Tell customers about filling up the gas tank before they charge $80 just because it is right below where you picked it up at.
Brittany CI want a refund for today’s rental. I reserved a flat trailer with loadkmg ramp that I had to have early today and upon arrival the location doesn’t even have any of those type trailers even though I was confirmed for a rental of one.

charles bWhen I went to drop off my U-Haul, I had been given an extra day because of the difficulties that I experienced with the original scheduling. It turned out that I didn't need it. I tried to turn in my U-Haul a day earlier. The people on-line were very helpful in redirecting me to the new U-Haul place and the people who took the U-Haul were very helpful in taking in the truck. Quick, courteous and polite.
Deanna HKind of a funny place to pick up a truck, but it all worked well with the uhaul app to pick up and drop off the truck. Quick and easy. Better than going to a crowded dealer location on labor day weekend.
Phil GThe lady had her kid behind the counter and was by herself. She was unfamiliar with the system to the point where she had me go behind the counter to navigate the system. She keep asking me questions that I already filled out on the reservation. I had to move a uhaul truck to gain access to the trailer and then had to hook it up myself. The trailer was missing the electrical connection and had to track one down off another trailer. She also charged me for a full day of use and I only had it for 2 hours. The entire process of renting took an hour and there was no reason for it. She also keep putting me off to cash out other customers because it was a gas station.
Shawn FThe person that helped me in the store was very confused and was on the phone during the entire transaction! Also she said she needed to run my card for incidentals even though I prepaid. Upon looking at my bank account I realized she had charged my card $149.10 of which I will need a refund!
Robert TThe Lady behind the counter was rude. She didn't know what she was doing. She had me go behind the counter to put my own information into her computer. I had to find the truck and trailer myself and hook them up. She tried charging me more than i was supposed to pay. Nobody went over the truck and trailer information with me. I would never use this location again.
Tiffany SWe were told to return the trailer 8-5-2018 at 9 am. We were at your store with the trailer at that time. We should not be charged extra. We have proof pictures and times to show the we were there. We only traveled 1200.3 miles according to our odometer on our new Tacoma. Please look into this.

Verdell HThe personnel at this gas station handed me the keys and told me to go find the truck. Also the lighting wire on the trailer was not long enough to go from the trailer to the truck so the lights did not work. They said it would be fine and let me drive off without working trailer lights. Kind if clueless staff and not helpful at all.
