I requested the moving dolly. It was not on the truck and we were still charged for a two rental fees, even though we didn't get any and none were returned with the truck.
The first location we went to you all told us there wasn't a truck there but I had reserved the truck and it was sitting out front. Then made me drive 30 minutes to another location and said you would come some milage but didn't.

Make sure the automatic system is working properly. Took over three hours to pick up my truck from the pick-up time. a;so was overcharged for the rental.

Horrible and a waste of time I rented a U-Haul to move I just purchased my first home so we excited to move and couldn't because the U-Haul had a lock code on it and didn't work the person who owned the U-Haul came to fix lock so I thought everything was good drove the U-Haul back home and and the lock still wasn't working I'm so disappointed and money was lost because I had movers and still had to pay them and still did not move I will never use that U-Haul location anymore
Was a big hassle and headache to pick up truck. I reserved online using Share. Received confirmation to pick up at one location but when I went there, there was no one who could help. I called customer service and they told me I was supposed to pick up at a different location. They said I should have gotten an email and/or phone call to confirm this, but I didn't get either one. Went to final pickup location and called customer service again because there were several trucks but there was no way to tell which was the one I reserved. The customer service rep guided me through the pick up process only to discover my pickup location had not even been confirmed in their system, which is why I was originally sent to the wrong location. The whole process took almost 2 hours and I was on a time crunch and couldn't even make my appointment! Now I will have to rent ANOTHER truck for a different day just to get what I needed done! Customer service rep was very patient, understanding, and helpful. But the reservation/pickup process was a big headache!!!
I was told I could pick the truck up at 9am despite the location not opening until 11 using my mobile device. When I arrived, I tried but was told after I called I was not set up for a mobile pick up. I had to call Uhaul and after about 45 minutes was converted. The person assisting me was helpful. Would have been nice to have avoided going through the additional steps.

I prepaid the service and it still took way to long for the person working to handle my request. why would you tell me that i can pre enroll and pick up my things and they weren't ready
I don't think the drop off fee should be 20.00
Vehicle was not clean as I annotated on initial paperwork. Truck ran well. I was charged a cleaning fee. Doesn't make sense.
Store owner was nearly twenty minutes late which held up both myself and another rental customer who arrived early for our pickup.so we had to wait over thirty minutes

Fire them!! For this to to be my first experience with uhaul it was AWFUL, unprofessional., disrespectful, And the liaison was very inconsiderate. I hate to say this but I'm going to try every effort not to use uhaul again. When a complaint was made with uhaul the representative was very nice!!!
